Customers frequently highlight the fast and prompt delivery of their orders, as well as the high quality and deliciousness of the chocolates. Packaging is often described as careful, protective, and attractive. The online ordering process is considered simple and user-friendly, and customer service is generally praised for being efficient, friendly, and responsive. Additionally, many appreciate the broad range of products and the ability to choose their favorites. Some customers note occasional delays or issues with delivery, and a minority raise concerns about the freshness or ingredients of the chocolates. There are also mentions of packaging damage or desires for more eco-friendly options. While customer service is well-regarded overall, a few reviews mention areas for improvement. Some customers also request even more product options or specific assortments.

Leonidas chocolates have been our favorites for many years, The Raspberry manon covered in dark chocolate were my present to my 99 year old mother for her birthday as well as the dark assortment. She said she wants nothing anymore, when you are 99 years old that can be understood, but she did say Leonidas chocolates are her luxury and treat and will always be welcome. Is there a better endorsement?
Thank you for producing something so delightful that I can provide joy by presenting them to my darling mother. I also commend you for not raising your prices. We live in Germany and the prices for mediocre chocolate have doubled so we are boycotting other firms and remaining loyal fans and consumers of the superb Leonidas brand.

I don't eat your product but my wife adores your chocolate. 'Better' would be to find a more economical courier because the cost of transport is disproportionally expensive and a discouragement to purchase.

I like this shop, it’s not the first time I order here. Chocolates are very delicious. And delivery is very fast. The only thing I prefer - may be sometimes a discount for regular customers.
