Overall I am happy with the order, however the box was damaged. I understand that it is the fault of the transportation company, but still. As gifts, I received a branded shopper (quality is great) as well as a full size version of the sunscreen. But why would I get another SPF as a gift when I ordered 2 more myself? So I received 3 creams, one of which is a gift and it has a very short expiration date - 2025.10.16.
And only 3 testers... usually there are more, and it's a little frustrating for me too.

Delivery is a nightmare
I had a good experience with the cosmetic company itself. However, the delivery service was a nightmare. The postman never called to let me know if he had brought the parcel, even though they ask for a phone number. Now my package is stuck at the CTT office, and I can’t pick it up because their working hours are the same as mine.
If I order something to my home, I expect it to be delivered to my home, not left in an office that I can’t access. This part of the service really needs improvement.
