Provide more and more detailed FAQ for travellers/customers who are not regular flyers especially seniors. Many seniors no longer have or can earn enough Miles in 18 months to make flight purchases with Miles. What options are there to use these Miles otherwise? Make clear the limitations and exclusions of Promo Fares, such as lack of Multi-city option with Purchase by Miles. Give cash customers more incentives and afforable upgrade options. The Air France Flying Blue website allows for many errors in data after entering, such as not making travel companion/Flying Blue Family Member data available in the Passenger Detail screen (I had to type in the data), and then in the Travel Documents page the system put my Family Member's Passport Details and not mine from my profile. I had to add a new passport and enter my own Passport Details and then in my Family Member's profile I had to add a new passport and enter his Passport Details all over again. This makes it easy for Passport information errors to occur. I also had difficulty transferring Flying Blue Miles while logged into Air France. Instead searched Reddit for answer to get around the "Low-assurance..." message and logged into KLM website, accessed Flying Blue profile and successfully transferred the Miles from within that website. Air France should provide a fix or workaround on their website.
I was booking a ticket and I also had a voucher that I wanted to use for the booking.
Every time I try to process the ticket, The voucher did not work. So I would have to start the whole process again of booking a new ticket and during that time there was always a price increase from the previous time had tried. To keep on paying for a higher price, I decided to just purchase the ticket in the hope that Air France will owner my voucher. This is the same voucher that Air France issued to me as a birthday gift. This is the same voucher that I was going to use Wele with the stipulated booking and the stipulated time of travel.
Yesterday morning I spoke to an Air France advisor by the name of who promised to look into the matter regarding my voucher and the ticket reference PHSTCT and get back to me, sh has not and lied to me .
She was to follow up and ensure that AIr France applied the $70 gift voucher to ticket so that I don’t have to get another voucher to purchase another ticket for another trip.
I really want that voucher to be applied on the ticket.
this voucher is valid and still within the guidelines that I should use before the 7th of September 2024 and to travel before the 1 st of June 2025.
The backstory is that I purchased the ticket on Air France and this is the booking reference PHSTCT. I had a voucher code BDCAJUNAVW
and wanted to use that voucher in my booking, but for some reason, it was not able to go through . Now given that I didn’t want to loose the ticket and the price kept increasing, I went ahead and booked it in the hope that Air France can honour the gift voucher which was still valid as of today.
This is not going to be honoured then I will cancel my ticket and I will not want to travel with Air France again because I don’t want there technical error and essentially a mistake that was not caused by me to affect me.

Following are some easily avoidable issues I faced during online booking:
> Unable to find the wheelchair assistance after booking the ticket. Need to call two times to book it and even after booking it by calling, I unable to check the status of it.
> during the booking received a different PNR than the received on email.
> Even after requesting three times for e-ticket generation in three days, every time received message from Air France for the technical issue only and unable to get the e-ticket.
Good part:
> Easy to connect on a call for the consultation (less wait time and quicker to connect compared to other airlines)

1. I checked the flight on your website but it came to an amount just below 1300.
2. I did the search on Google Flights and it came to an amount just below 1200.
3. I am not sure why the difference. I then moved to Google Flights to make the booking and I was directed to your website for the payment.
4. In my personal view, your website should offer a better deal then the third parties' website.

Memorable and Well supported experience. Focus on customer is clear!
The ticket buying experience through the Air France website was as simple and as intuitive as it can be. When I needed follow up support, I did not have to wait too long on the phone call and received stellar and thoughtful support from Christine. All around it was a pleasant and memorable experience. We are now really looking forward to travelling with Air France.

Better options than Air Canada
The options for booking / seating choice / luggage allowed / cancellation and changes etc. were much better with Air France that they were with Air Canada. Which would be my normal choice to fly anywhere from Canada. I would have given 5 stars, but we have not flown with them yet, so I hope to go to 5 stars after the trip is done.

Pros and Cons
Pros: On in Ottawa, off in CDG. Sale price very enticing. System clearly set out better seats and cost.
Cons: System made it difficult to enter my start and end dates. On my last trip, Premium Economy, if the person ahead fully reclined, it was impossible for me to get out of my window seat.

I dislike the fact tat the user cannot hold the reservation even for a few hours, unless the user pays to hold the reservation. Where is free competition? Air France has joined the airline industry by charging bit by bit for every service, even the right of fair competition.

An easy decision
With the smooth working website it was easy to book our flight. The dates and times we wanted were available in a direct flight option. The price was right and I know it will be a quality experience. Our only regret, that our Brittany spaniel can’t come with us.
It was very easy to book our flights.
The only area that could have been more explicit for our flight back from Zagreb to Paris on the 21st of may, was on how we could reserve our seats on that flight and there wasn't any instructions on how to do it!

While your website has improved significantly I had some issues with the seat selection. I was initially taken to the second leg of my journey and when I attempted to go back to the first leg I had to start the whole booking process again.

More clarity on the date I would actually arrive at my destination as it can be confusing with the plus 1 etc. Why not just spell it out and say you will arrive on Jan 9 (2 days after I leave Canada ( on Jan 7).
