Air France responds well and quickly to any calls. My flight was cancelled and I had to book another. What is really upsetting - your online booking system says that you are booked with even a confirmation number sent via email, but then the booking was withdrawn. I had to rebook and same email with a new confirmation number arrived in my inbox... I was terrified that the same "error" would occur again as there is nothing to say it is confirmed - and no receipt. Your new booking system upgrade has glitches. The worst thing for me - the price increased over $400 for the same flight. If your system is doing this to clients - your company then benefits because we have no choice but to rebook at a higher price. This is highly disappointing, especially as I fly min twice a year with your company. Please revisit your booking system. Receiving an email with your booking number does not mean you are booked under your new system! Johanna Sinclair

- Booking a ticket for a Youth from AUH to YOW, with no one to accompany him from Air France staff, consistently fails with an error. -Tried for two days till the price increased by ~100 CDN - Called the UAE service desk, they advised to book as an adult by entering an older birth date. Once done they will change from their side so no issues are encountered when checking in. - I managed to book as a student while on the call with Air France service desk. Once I provided the booking reference she said this is a shared coach and can NOT be corrected. But, she'll look into into it and call me back. - No calls received, but an email to cancel the ticket! - Called back and asked for a manager and insisted on it. I was quite direct and to the point. He asked to give him half an hour if no call back, I should cancel. - Luckily he called and confirmed the ticket verbally and via email. Please fix the website. Issue is consistent whether on UAE or Canadian Air France website. Yet it works flawlessly on KLM website. I found that out after the fact. As an IT professional with strong ties to the service industry, please fix the youth ticket booking process flow and train your representatives to rectify the issue instead of providing workarounds that are not well validated.

I was able to redeem my points fairly. Tarom website is built to fail the first attempts... an error code of some sort... the booking is lost. When trying a second, a third, or a fourth, the time is no longer the same. I was FULLY aware of how they trick us and yesterday I made no mistake twice. Still, I could not buy a ticket for the original listed price. It was always bigger. While I understand the algorithm behind it, I find it annoying to see prices changing literally after every click. On your website, I could decently complete this transaction. I would have loved to be able to book our seats as well. I am travelling on the route Toronto - Paris/Amsterdam - Iasi (a major town in Romania, yet not the capital) and I have a hard time making this booking for the whole trip for a reasonable price. By splitting the trip up to and beyond Bucharest I always get better rates. I would love to be able to book the whole trip as one piece. Merci.

Mixed feelings

Searching for flights was easy. Unfortunately while making my reservation your website had a technical issue which made me have to start all over. When I did the price of the flight increased approximately $180.00 Canadian per person. So approximately $360 in total. I also found confusing whether or not I had a free bag to check. I purchased 1 bag per person. I then called reservations to ask. The agent told me that 1 free checked bag was included in my fare. I asked her to refund the amount for me. She told me to go into my reservation where I can do a refund on my own! I was surprised and frustrated that she would not do the refund for me.

Most other airlines are better

Breakfast was 1\10 with a cold piece of hard bread. Dinner was a passable 7/10. Flight attendants nice but don't help much if they don't have to. Seats felt more cramped than other airlines. Overall it was my first time taking Air France and I thought it was a good airline but I see it's the same as any other medium rated airline, or maybe a little worse, although nothing was horrible, besides the breakfast, but nothing was really good or comfortable.

Booking flights has become a pain!

Booking flights has become a frustrating experience, not only with Air France/KLM but simply booking flights! All very complicated due to offers been posted as return but fares as “one way” and them attempting to sort out if baggage is included/excluded, seats selection included or excluded and then selecting the type of seat or section of the aircraft! Just a royal pain for anyone but even more complex for seniors!

love the service from Ottawa, Canada to Paris, it provides a great alternative to flying to Europe and avoiding the extra flight to Toronto or Montreal. The service is great on board, love the treatment in business class, leagues above the Air Canada service which is sadly lacking. Keep up the great work AF !!!

Good options, solid interface

Great meal options, clear and intuitive interface. Slightly annoying to have two separate search processes for buying with miles or currency. Payment options confusing: there is a MasterCard, and there is a KLM/air france American Express, but no KLM air france MasterCard, which is what I used.

Over all good, but I found a ticket with a great price and when I tried to reserve it for 36 hrs the page got an error and I lost the price and the ticket increase by 200$ That was disappointing and I had to book the ticket as the days and times suited me best

Not bad, but insane layovers and misleading promo prices

App and website work well, but prices were jacked up by $200-300 within hours for the same flight. The promo prices to Europe were also misleading, causing 30+ hour flights with almost 20 hours of layover at some stops.

Recently traveled on AF in premium economy. The flight attendants ran around like chickens with their heads cut off but did not attend to the passengers. It was like they were doing us a favour. Not one of them smiled.
