I purchased economy class tickets for myself and my family. According to the fare conditions, changing the reservation should only require paying any difference in ticket price. However, although the ticket price shown on the Air France website had not changed, when I attempted to modify my reservation to the following day, I was asked to pay nearly double the original fare as a “price difference.” As a result, I contacted customer service to process the change instead of using the website. I was surprised

I didn't understand why I had to pay extra for choosing a seat, especially since a seat should be included, even more so in business class. I was surprised! I know the departure date, but not the return date, and I couldn't choose the option to change the date or get a refund, etc. I hope there won't be any complications if I have to change the date.

Website design was excellent. I was able to easily book a flight to France. Choosing the seat was also easy, price was great. My only concern is the carry-on bag. Its within the size limit identified by Air France but not with the wheels. You have to have wheels with any bag. We shall see but its frustrating to buy a bag at a reasonable size and then have it regected just because of the wheels.

I was very impressed with Air France’s representatives and their customer service. The uncertainty caused by the flight attendants’ strike in Canada and the on again off again resolution has presented a real challenge to flyers. The wait time to speak with a company representative was also acceptable. I have no suggestions for improvement at the moment except maybe try to increase your presence in the Canadian market.

Bassinet seats and unavailable seats next to it.

How can an entirely empty flight start booking right after we book a single ticket?? Booked bassinet seat with return journey for spouse. Went back to book seat besides her for my mother just return journey and all 3 bassinet seats were gone within 15 mins also the seats beside the bassinet seats were gone too. Absolutely ridiculous. When the 1st ticket was booked except bussiness class seats and a few random economy seats entire flight was available. All 3 bassinet seats were available but within few minutes all seats with bassinet and besides bassinets were gone.
