My experience was not bad, except when I attempted to apply for the SkyBlue for my husband my booking time-out. When I returned to book the flight it no longer showed my preferred travel. The new booking now makes me and my family wait 8 hours at CDG and arriving 5 hours than planned in my final destination. When I returned the next day to see if the real flight I wanted to take was available, it was. I contacted the Chat and wrote to an actual agent, who informed me (the same as on a change of booking), that I must pay to make the changes. This was very unfortunate, as I was exited to try Air France from Ottawa going to Malaga through CDG. I hope my next booking does not cause a similar issue, if I choose to fly with AF in a future travel to Europe.

The online reservation with Air France was efficient and clear . Flight to Paris was also cheaper compared to other airlines ! Now I look forward to the checking in process and of course the overnight flight ! À bientot

I purchased economy class tickets for myself and my family. According to the fare conditions, changing the reservation should only require paying any difference in ticket price. However, although the ticket price shown on the Air France website had not changed, when I attempted to modify my reservation to the following day, I was asked to pay nearly double the original fare as a “price difference.” As a result, I contacted customer service to process the change instead of using the website. Unfortunately, I was still quoted a significantly higher fare. When I asked about the reason for this discrepancy, I was told that prices available to new customers are not the same as those offered to passengers who have already booked. I have been traveling with Air France for the past 10 years and have never encountered such an issue. I believe this practice is unfair, and I hope this matter will receive your attention. --- If you want, I can make it sound more formal/firm or more concise depending on where you plan to send it.

Thought I would try Air France as I heard good things. They had great connections and times to meet my needs. Price was good also and was the booking process. Hopefully the flights themselves work out as well.

I was glad to receive a birthday gift from Air France but I was unable to use it as I was also using a voucher. I think you should allow both to be used. Booking online is quite easy although a bit tedious to scroll across the dates.

I was disappointed that I was forced to pay additional costs to select a seat (any seat) on the flights. I had understood seat selection to be included in my fare, but I was still forced to pay more for any seat. This made the quoted rate inaccurate.

I booked a refundable ticket but when I tried to change the dates I couldn't so had to cancel and rebook another new ticket. Just something I thought could be made easier

Thus far I have only booked my flight. The price was right and the flight availability plentiful. The process for booking via my mobile was simple. While still on the ground, my experience thus far is very satisfactory.
