I was very happy with my first order.
I would like to try more of the products that I don't know yet.
You could perhaps offer smaller trial packs for this.
I would be really happy about some small sample packs that don't cost that much.

You have healthy products and the juices are good. Your shipping process and logistic is slow and need to improve. For my current order I received an email on 28 April that my order was shipped. The tracking showed the courier only received the order on the 2nd of May. Wrong information disappoints a customer. Shipping items faster if it means a customer paying for it should be an option. This is my 3rd order. In my first order an item was received damaged.
They have lots of vegan options and they have big bags for the products so that you can use it for a long time. They only thing is that often things are out of stock, so maybe they could have a bigger production

Packaging disintegrated in transit. The local delivery staff did a wonderful job keeping it all togehter.
