Great customer service after a packing error
I’ve ordered from KoRo before and have always been happy with their products. Unfortunately, there was a packing error with this order and I received some incorrect items, while products I had ordered were missing.
I contacted customer service and received a very quick and helpful response. They apologised, told me I could keep the items sent by mistake, and immediately arranged for the correct products to be sent out. I really appreciated how easily and professionally they dealt with the problem.
I placed the original order on 10 August and, two weeks later, I’m still waiting for the correct products, so I can’t quite give five stars yet. However, mistakes do happen, and good customer service makes a big difference when they do. So far, I’m very happy with the way KoRo has handled it.

I asked how long it would take to get a delivery to Ireland. I was told 4-6 business days. 5 days after ordering I got a message suggesting my address was incorrect, which is wasn’t.
I really needed the delivery for work in 8 business days. By day 6 no email arrived. So I complained and I got a full refund. The delivery has just arrived 13 business days later. But I’m so happy to receive a free order. I will be ordering again. Just with more time !!
