I’ve ordered from KoRo before and have always been happy with their products. Unfortunately, there was a packing error with this order and I received some incorrect items, while products I had ordered were missing. I contacted customer service and received a very quick and helpful response. They apologised, told me I could keep the items sent by mistake, and immediately arranged for the correct products to be sent out. I really appreciated how easily and professionally they dealt with the problem. I placed the original order on 10 August and, two weeks later, I’m still waiting for the correct products, so I can’t quite give five stars yet. However, mistakes do happen, and good customer service makes a big difference when they do. So far, I’m very happy with the way KoRo has handled it.

I asked how long it would take to get a delivery to Ireland. I was told 4-6 business days. 5 days after ordering I got a message suggesting my address was incorrect, which is wasn’t. I really needed the delivery for work in 8 business days. By day 6 no email arrived. So I complained and I got a full refund. The delivery has just arrived 13 business days later. But I’m so happy to receive a free order. I will be ordering again. Just with more time !!

We love your guilt free ( sugar free) corn flakes. It seems we can’t have enough of your nut butters. We like your competitively priced staples ( like organic basmati rice). We enjoy the smooth and speedy deliveries and we greatly appreciate that they are free for purchases over €100. So far we’ve been enjoying our shopping with you every time. Thank you KoRo team!

I like koro's range of organic wholefoods, and the expediency of deliveries. I like I can trust koro. Foodstuff are out of stock sometimes with 2-3 weeks wait time for restocking - when you add in delivery times it is too long a wait

You didn't have the one item that I wanted the most, even though I ordered it and paid for it, only later did you tell me it was unavailable, hence the score.

Lots of amazing vegan products that are virtually impossible get anywhere else

My package came damaged.One of the packets (turmeric powder ) was damaged and tge powder stained other products. It would be appropriate to make the packaging more sturdy or put two boxes inside the box. Other than that ,I am happy with the products and the shop.

Everything is exactly like in pictures. Goji berries are delicious.
