Review summary
Customers consistently praise the extremely fast shipping and prompt order fulfillment, often receiving their items within a few days. The customer service is frequently described as friendly, responsive, proactive, and helpful, with many appreciating the quick solutions and personal touches. The wide selection of high-quality, ultralight, and niche outdoor gear brands, which are difficult to find elsewhere in Europe, receives special mention. Communication stands out as clear, fast, professional, and personal, often including prompt responses and handwritten notes. Additionally, customers find the website easy to use, well-organized, and providing clear information for effortless navigation. The high quality and excellent condition of the products, particularly specialty and ultralight gear, are also highlighted as positive aspects. While the shop offers unique products, several customers express frustration about items being out of stock or taking a long time to be restocked.

Happy with my purchase
I was looking for a durston x-dome 1+ here in the uk which are really hard to come buy, they seem to go out of stock as soon as they go on pre order so I searched harder and found outdoorline which had them in stock so I ordered. I'm really happy with my order and the service I recieved. Will certainly look at outdoorline for further purchases.

I’ve ordered from outdoor online several times, the most recent I had my wife join me for the second half of the Gr5 so I to get a new two person tent sent to me quickly. It arrived in three days super fast and efficient each time.

Great Products, quick shipping, well packaged, really happy with my oreder, will be back again for more purchases.
Only thing You could try to improve trying to keep items in stock and reasonably priced, but I’m sure you already work on that.

Excellent selection of products, including some more niche and harder-to-find brands. The order was dispatched practically immediately and arrived quickly on the other side of Europe. Everything was packaged with great care, and there was even a handwritten thank-you note included. I am very satisfied with the overall shopping experience.

Attractive prizes and a high quality stock
Naturally I find the prizes attractive, but apart from that it’s an absolute win that the selection of high quality gear, from around the globe, is as accessible as Outdoorline makes it. And then the swift and personal service closes the deal.

Used Outdoorline for the first time to buy a couple of water bottles I couldn't get hold of in Ireland. Everything went really smoothly and now going to use them for some other bits of kit I have my eye on. Wholly recommended.

The shipping is so damn fast! And you get products, that you otherwise need to import by yourself to relatively good prices. I have ordered a lot and until now everything was perfect.

small hiccup, excellent service and delivery
Initially they realized quite slow that their stock was off and they don't have 1 of the items I ordered. However after that support was super kind and fast to resolve the issue and delivery was extra fast. Overall i am very happy with my 1st order. Thank you!

Velmi rychlé doručení a ochotný personál
