I did not get any Information, that my order is sent in 2 parts, when it will arrive and if it will arrive… I hope so, because all of my friends and Family are absolutely satisfied with their Mistral gear!

Overall delivery experience

Hi, the delivery and the package tracking have been a complete disaster. The tracking updates have been unreliable, and the overall delivery experience has been very frustrating.

Still waiting for a SUP.

I purchased a SUP which was supposed to arrive in two to five days, paid for It and a week later It is not even delivered. There is some kind of trouble with the delivery company, but they did not tell until the order was issued. I do not really know if It Will arrive tomorrow or next summer.

I ordered a SUP more than a week ago, delivery should have taken place within 2-4 days. It has not been delivered yet. However, there is no Communication whatsoever as to when the delivery will take place. Instead I get a request to judge Mistrals performance…

Leider ist das Bord nach über einer Woche noch immer nicht angekommen, obwohl die Lieferzeit mir 1-2 Tagen versprochen wurde
