⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with Mistral. Their customer support is outstanding – always polite, professional, and very quick to respond. Shipping was fast and everything arrived exactly as expected. The product quality is excellent, and the value for money is hard to beat. I also really appreciate that customer feedback seems to be taken seriously. Initially, I experienced a small display issue with the webshop when using Safari. It has since been fixed, possibly following my feedback, which left a very positive impression. Thank you to the entire Mistral team for the excellent service. You've gained a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

I bought three products and initially had a problem with each one: – The mast of the 1700 Sabre set was not properly sealed; water entered the mast in use, and the seal looked as if it had been patched. The identical 82 cm mast from another set is sealed correctly. – The bonding on two of the EVA deck pads was coming loose. – The Skywave wings (4.2 and 5.0) are printed with a maximum of 7 psi, whereas the website advertises 10 psi for the Ho'okipa material. The pressure advantage the material is marketed on — a key reason I bought — was therefore not delivered, and the 7 psi limit was not disclosed at the point of sale. My written complaint of 5 July (with photos) went unanswered for about two weeks, which is why I raised the matter publicly. Update, 22 July 2026: After the review, Mistral got in direct contact and put a constructive solution on the table — a complete replacement foil set for the faulty one, a compensation wing, and a goodwill package. We are now settling the matter on that basis, with a couple of details still being finalised. Credit where it's due: once we were actually in contact, the response was quick and solution-oriented. My one reservation is that it took a public review to get there — an initial complaint of this kind should not sit unanswered for two weeks. With the substance now being resolved, I'm revising my earlier assessment accordingly.

I want to set one point straight from an earlier review. I had described the Sabre 2000 front wing as discontinued. Mistral has since confirmed that the Sabre range is being continued and was only out of stock, and the wing is in fact listed on their website — so I withdraw the 'discontinued' wording. Credit where it's due. Really nice product, quite happy with it for the first uses we had of it. Easy to inflate, to transport and to use overall A bit sad cause we thought the seat would be included for the “kayaking” experience as it was seen in the pictures. Delivery was also really fast, Thank you

Leider sehr wenig Auswahl verfügbar und bei den Sets weniger Zubehör inkludiert als bei anderen Anbietern. Kaum SUPs mit Doppelkammer. Rücksendung geht auf Kosten des Kunden obwohl der Warenwert über €40,00 liegt. Warum sind so viele Mistral SUPs über andere Händler verfügbar aber nicht bei Mistral selbst?

Good SUP, easy to inflate. Air pressure display doesn't work at the air pump. To mount and demount the fin is fiddly, this should be solved easier.

It was delivered quickly, with no problems. One remark: Although I've already received the product, the order has been "in processing" since payment was completed.

Bought a Mistral board after a recommendation from a friend. Amazing gear, with a good carrying bag. Easy to pump it up it with the delivered pump.

Sehr guter Wing der hält was er verspricht. Bein meinen 75 kg geht es jetzt schon problemlos bei 10 knoten aufs Foil.

THe fact that I have to order any tiny extra equipment - like screws - from abroad including postage and taxes it becomes really expensive for customers in the Nordic where you have no distributors. Wish I knew this before buying a board from you.
