Your spare part offering is very large and it was easy to find the right part. Excellent!
Your delivery system did not work. In fact you ordered the part from Germany to Finland and your supplier used DHL. Unfortunately you did not make sure that DHL and in Finland Posti have my email and phone info and that created a long delay in delivering as Posti could not reach me. I had to fix it in waiting on OmaPosti chat-line for a long time and give my information through that. All the emails from OmaPosti were sent to Fixpart info-email and no one was replying to those or forwarding those to me.
Please fix this problem and you are even better and give an option to delivery the parts for a pick-up center (Noutopaikka) instead of home delivery. Working people cannot afford sitting home waiting for DHL-courier.
In the option 'Delivery to another address' there is missing a very important info field, namely the telephone number of the receiver. It is critically important to have the receiver's tel. number included, because without this information the local courier doesn't have any means to contact the receiver, and the shipment would ultimately be returned to the sender/Fixpart. The local courier does not contact the buyer, whose tel. number is asked for in the order form.
The return shipment almost happened to me, but I was able to give local courier (Post office in Finland) the receiver's tel. number. However, this required me to contact Post via a phone call.
Check the pages of your online store. I ordered a part for a dishwasher based on the model number and compared the faulty component of the device with the picture on your website. It was supposed to be fine, but I got the wrong product anyway. Customer service responded with a delay and did not accomplish anything. Bad operation, I will order components elsewhere in the future.

There is no free return, the client has to return by his/her own expence
The products I ordered were just right, so from that point of view this shop is reliable and ok. And the delivery was very quick. But, the products were finally unnecessary to us (we found our own spareparts), and we wanted to return the order. I asked for return and got the return address to the France. When I went to the post office here in Finland, it clarified to me, that the return was to be done at my own expence. And the return costs would be about the same amount than was the price of the spareparts. I tried to negotiate about the return costs with the shop, but with poor success. I am sure that I was negotiating with a robot, the answers were so clumsy. So I didn't return the spareparts. I think that this shop is very twisted, dishonest and misleading to the client. This shop advertises the client's easy right to return the order, but doesn't mention by a single word, that the only way to do the return is to do it by the client's own expence. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered at all. I can't recommend this shop. You can order, if you are 100% sure you are ordering just the right spareparts you won't need to return.

Sparepart did not resolve the issue with my machine and returning item was prohibited by company rules (customer pays and takes all the risks with zero quarantees). Delivery was not super fast but adequate. I recommend to seek other options.

Palautus hankalaa
Suhteellisen nopea toimitus. Mutta palautus on hankalaa; tilaamani imurin letku ei sopinut samalla tilaamaani kahvaan joten päädyin palauttamaan molemmat. En tee kahvallakaan mitään kun siihen sopivaa letkua ei löytynyt. Tuotteet tulivat eri toimituksina. Ensin tein palautuspyynnön letkusta. Kun tulostin sähköpostissa saamieni ohjeiden mukaisesti palautustarran ja menin palauttamaan paketin, tarran qr-koodi antoi tiedoksi "tuntematon" . Samoin viivakoodi! Ja nyt kun tein palautuspyynnön kahvasta sain vastauksen että minun pitää videolla todistaa että kahva ei sovi!!!! Eihän kahvaa voi käyttää ilman letkua ja sitä sopivaa letkua ei löytynyt!

I had good service through e-mail. The person was helpful and ready to do a little extra to help me. Unfortunately this didn't help with my problem. Still ok.
I managed to overcome my hurdle and ordered the part I needed. Finally I got the wrong part, I have three or four confirmations of purchase for one action. One confirmation was for the part I ordered. Other were for part I have no use for.
Now I have to figure out what confirmation was filled and return the part I didn't order and wait for the correct part.

Started well, ended poorly
Several people from Fixpart were answering to my email when I was figuring out the right parts I needed to purchase. At first the service was quite fast and good but then it went bad. I ordered two parts and the delivery was supposed to happen in less than two weeks. Finally after a month the delivery arrived and only then I found out that only one part was delivered. The part is useless without the other.

Kolmisen kuukautta vetkuteltiin “ tilauksenne on myöhässä, lähetys päivä ensi viikolla" mentaliteetilla. Kun tiedustelin, myönnettiin että tuote on " tilapäisesti loppu". Sen jälkeen loppuivat sähköpostit, kunnes lähes puoli vuotta tilauksesta että tuote toimitetaan seuraavalla viikolla. Ja lopultakin näin tapahtui.
