The only thing I think was overkill was the delivery method (to the door by express delivery company PostNord) that was IMHO excessive as I only ordered new (rubber) drive belt for my old turntable. I would have been happy with less expensive method (letter / envelope) as it the product is very small and weight few grams).
I would actually suggest that there would be option (based on size/weight of the ordered product) for customers to select. It would also be more environmentally friendly to be able to use regular post service for small orders.
My 2 cents.
I ordered a product 20.6 that was supposed to be in stock and to be delivered fast. On 30.6 I enquired what is happening and the message was that it wasn't in stock and external provider has informed about a delay. I was told on 4.7 that I can cancel the order, which I said I want to on 5.7.
However, on 11.7 I got a message from Post Nord about a delivery, and I had already purchased and received the produt from elsewhere, since I needed it fast. I asked about a returning and I was told that I need to do it at my own expense. Fixpart would have done it with 20€ service, but I just marched to my local post office since I didn't want to get anymore poor service from Fixpart. The returning of the product cost me almost 30€, which I lost due to this farce.
Therefore I cannot reccommend this to anyone as you might understand.

Parts that are easy to find are easy to purchase. Those parts that need more exchange information then the language is a bit of a problem. Google translator is not sufficient enough to have conversation of detailed matter. Conversations have been a bit frustrated because customer service has not understood even if I've changed my language from Finnish to English. That is why 5-3 stars.

Delivery was very long 7 days, and the scheduled delivery time was in the evening 16:30-22:00 although the order was in a company name. I had to pick up the delivery from the delivery center to get the product.

Everything else except logistics worked fine, I cannot judge the delivered product as it has not been delivered. The latest promise is Jan 9th, about 2 week after the PO and payment.
