I ordered a set with soap and body lotion from Parfuma. The delivery was very fast but when opening it, I realise the bottles were broken. After contacting the customer service, they re-send very fast a new package making sure to double wrap everything. Kathleen manually did this to make sure that the package(which was a present) arrives in good condition. Thank you and for sure I will order again from you!
