Every time I go and collect my order there is a problem. One time I went and asked the staff I spoke to didn't know you could preorder and then I was more shocked when they didn't realise there was an app for heinemann
There was an item- not sure why but it was too late for me to choose an alternative because I was already at the gate boarding the plane when I realised!
