Quality of shoes 5 stars, customer Service and System 3 Stars (reason: I ordered two shoes, one was not in stock. My order was changed without having the chance to ad a futher shoe. So I have to pay for the second order a second time shipping costs. The communication with the Service couldn' t help me to stop one order and send me only the second one.

I am disappointed with the quality of the shoe tongues and stitching. The workmanship is not what I would expect from a high-priced product. I emailed Zespa about this around a week ago, but unfortunately I have not received any response yet.
