Quality of shoes 5 stars, customer Service and System 3 Stars (reason: I ordered two shoes, one was not in stock. My order was changed without having the chance to ad a futher shoe. So I have to pay for the second order a second time shipping costs. The communication with the Service couldn' t help me to stop one order and send me only the second one.

Bought a pair shoes that had a scratch on the front. Did a return and ordered a new pair. Believe it or not, the new pair also had a scratch on the shoe. Not sure what to think of it.
