I ordered a smartwatch very late on Wednesday night, and the watch was delivered to me in Westmeath (from Cork) by Friday morning. I was very impressed with the very fast turn over and delighted I had it in time for the weekend.
Delivery was free but due to the high value of the smartwatch I paid 5€ for the UPS delivery but it probably wasn't even needed - happy to say that was the most expensive option for delivery so again I was happy with the service as recently I find delivery charges to be a lot.
Delighted I went with a local business and will recommend them to anyone I speak to, especially as the wat h I wanted was on sale also!

I have consistently found that no matter how quiet the shop is, there aren’t enough staff. The shop is very overcrowded with stock leaving very little room to move around. There’s no real order to the items and the shop is generally messy. The staff appear disinterested, dismissive and a little rude.
The shop is in a handy location and is rather shop locally. However I’ll not be back unless things improve.

I purchased a pair of Brooks runners which arrived very quickly however I needed to return these runners as per the Brooks guarantee and this is where I was very disappointed especially as the original delivery had been so good. I emailed them and received an email back to say they would be in touch and I'm still waiting. I did email them again but got no response.

Hi Nick, sorry we did not have your race magnets ready within 1 hour 20 minutes of your order, but our confirmation email does ask you to wait 8 hours. If you wish to make an instant purchase, it is best just to call in to the shop and pick the item off the shelf, especially at lunch time on a busy Saturday. I had ordered click and collect. Although staff were busy I wasn't a minute in line waiting to be served. I was seen by Linda promptly. I must say she was welcoming, efficient and friendly. You get the impression Linda really likes her job. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Thanks Edge Sports Superstore for a great shopping experience.

I purchased online then called the shop the lady who answered was reeeeeeelllly friendly and helpful. She rang back in 5 minutes and said the item could be collected and was waiting for me. The item was a Tacx Flux 2. Your website should emphasise that this does not come with a cassette. So I found that out when I got home!!!

Super Team working at the Store. Very engaged and knowledgeable.
I have on occasion mentioned a particular product and potentially effort should be made to order it instore to prevent me and others going online. Personally, I prefer to support local business if I can get what I need so just a bit of feedback on that.

Very friendly staff
The only small negative feedback is that that the phone line is very busy so it can be hard to get to speak to anyone on occasion. Maybe you should split up Customer service to one line only . Front desk is another line ?

Brilliant service. Reliable. I had an issue with my order (my mistake) I ordered the wrong size shoe and the customer service was exceptional in amending my issue.
