Well product was fine and delivered pretty much on time (one day late, but in accordance with instructions otherwise). Sadly, I did have a query upon ordering as my 10% discount (newsletter signup) was not properly inputted / recorded on ordering through Shopify (I was not given the chance to input the code when ordering), and I was hoping that for goodwill or other purposes Pestalia would have agreed to refund the small amount. Not only have they not done so, they have never even bothered to reply to my email message, which I find a bit sad. So, communications and ordering process could certainly be better, and this is putting me off making further orders with Pestalia, but otherwise all was well.

Købte Advion Scarafaggi mod skægkræ. Bestilte det og efter ca. en 6-10 dage kom det leveret til min hoveddør med FedEx. Nu må jeg så se om Advion Scarafaggi kan få bugt med skægkræene. Men dejligt at Pestalia sælger og sender varer til Danmark uden problemer. 👍

I am very dissatisfied with the handling of my orders. Order #PST210152 was not fulfilled as expected because ENVU K-OTHRINE PARTIX was unavailable and the availability was later postponed. I requested a refund for the undelivered items on 29 June 2026, but I have not received refund confirmation. For order #PST211699, Demand 10 CS was sold as new stock. Before purchase I specifically asked about stock age / validity. After delivery I raised concerns about the product condition, including sticky exterior, visible interface/deposit line, residue in the measuring chamber, no apparent internal seal under the caps, and an unexplained “06/24” marking. Pestalia first stated that the product did not meet expected shelf-life requirements and that a replacement shipment was being arranged. Pestalia then reversed its position, stating that the product was suitable, but without providing written batch-specific clarification from Syngenta / the supplier regarding the marking, batch, packaging/seal configuration, or residues. I requested refund resolution for both orders on 29 June 2026. The Demand 10 CS product has not been used and can be returned if required, provided Pestalia provides return instructions and covers return costs. Overall, I found the communication inconsistent and the matter remains unresolved. I expected clearer support, especially for professional-use biocidal products where batch traceability, packaging integrity and product condition are important. UPDATE: Both refunds have now been received, so the commercial dispute is resolved. I appreciate that Pestalia ultimately refunded both orders and covered the return transport for Demand 10 CS. However, I wish to clarify that Pestalia’s public response does not fully reflect the sequence of events. Before purchase, Pestalia stated that Demand 10 CS had a shelf life of two years and that the available stock had validity “running for two years from this year.” Syngenta subsequently confirmed that “06/24” was the manufacturing date and that the expiry date was 10 June 2027. The bottle was therefore approximately two years old when sold in June 2026, with around one year of remaining shelf life, rather than the two years of remaining validity I reasonably understood from Pestalia’s pre-sale statement. The bottle also arrived with a sticky and strongly smelling exterior, a visible interface/deposit line, residue in the measuring chamber, and no apparent internal tamper-evident seal or membrane under the caps. Pestalia initially stated that the product did not meet the expected shelf-life requirements, that no return was necessary, and that a replacement shipment with the correct product would be arranged. Pestalia subsequently reversed that position. Pestalia stated publicly that the manufacturer had confirmed the product was intact, compliant and fully suitable for use. However, one written response I received directly from Syngenta stated that the visible interface/deposit line and residue were “not normal” and recommended returning the product. A subsequent Syngenta response stated the opposite. I am still awaiting a consolidated technical explanation from Syngenta. The Demand 10 CS refund was ultimately made conditional on returning the unused product. The return required additional repackaging, documentation and FedEx transport before the refund was processed. I therefore confirm that the financial issue is resolved, but my original feedback regarding inaccurate or inconsistent pre-sale information, contradictory technical explanations, and the unnecessarily difficult resolution process remains valid.

Super service and great prices. I bought the product at 40% less than anywhere else thanks to a promotion. The FedEx delivery was fast and arrived exactly as promised. Highly recommended!

Excellent products but delivery took 20 days. And there was not really any status messages on when it would be shipped. Delays are ok, but prognosis messages are important so I know what to expect instead of surprises

Dont sent in a box with ur name on it! The border patrols on this kind of stuf and it is not allowedin Some countries (for individuals)

Quick answers by email followed on my questions and I was well informed about delay of the order. So far I have not yet received my order but feedback already asked for. That should not happen ofcourse
