Infrared heating panels at 99eur should not cost 40eur each for shipping, no matter what quantity is ordered. I ordered 3 and it turns out they come in packs of 4. There had simply been one removed from the box, without any padding added to secure the remaining 3, and the box was completely open on arrival also. The panels are great but the shipping costs and methodologies are absurd.

Delivery was bolting fast! But for the product B400, I would recommend you to review the design for the grill, 3-piece is not good functionally, the grill keeps falling into the machine.
