The information provided on your site for choosing a dehumidifier to place in a damp closet. Only regret: the 2-year warranty with a lifespan of 2 to 5 years that is confirmed: after a first purchase in 2023, this one suddenly lost effectiveness to extract half the weight of water compared to the previous month. Verification made by putting an identical dehumidifier in its place, it was indeed a loss of power despite cleaning the filter. Hence my last purchase at the end of August 2026 to replace it. Long live the latest one!

Everything was fine. Recently, I often shop with you, but a problem has arisen recently because the shipment 36582420471 handled by DHL was returned to the sender, even though I previously received information that the delivery to me would be completed on 17.08.2026. I request intervention. On my part, I reported the problem via email to DHL. Regarding the store - everything exemplary. No remarks. Catastrophic, however, was the quality of the courier company DHL. The order was placed in the store on 23/08/2026 and on 25/08/2026, the store sent the ordered products, which I received and now NOTE: 07/09/2026. Absolute logistical failure, organizational chaos, and complete lack of communication with the customer.

Ordered Wednesday - Arrived Friday. Optimal packaging. Interim delivery information excellent. Purchase on account is a reason for me to remain a customer at Trotec. Climate device works as it should - also online. Window adapter is somewhat cumbersome. External shutters cannot close directly. With a PV system, this 7000BTU runs all day. Lowering the temperature from 23 degrees to 19 degrees possible. Does the device switch off after reaching the temperature?

The dehumidifier works generally very well. We use it both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Especially with the current hot temperatures and the simultaneously high humidity outside, it is a great help. We usually use the normal mode and not the quick-dry function, as in our opinion, the normal setting already works very effectively and quickly. However, we deduct one star because the device is too loud for our taste at night in the bedroom and disturbs our sleep. During the day, the noise is hardly noticeable. Unfortunately, the filter was missing from our delivery, so we had to reorder it. Overall, we are satisfied with the dehumidifier and would recommend it.

Unfortunately, it wasn't really clear from the description of the TTK 100 e that the device runs continuously, even when it is not dehumidifying. As we had the previous model, where this was not the case, we did not expect this. Since we did not want to return the device and exchange it for another model, we solved the problem with Smart Home devices and can now control the operation based on actual needs. However, this has caused significant additional costs. We didn't like that very much.

When assembling the stand, one of the 4 screws didn't catch and had to be secured with a nut instead. The plastic caps on the feet ends also don't hold, they keep falling off. Fortunately, these are dispensable. I thought the fan would be at least partially pre-assembled, but what arrived was more of a kit with mediocre assembly instructions. Luckily, I had help. Also, the padding of the motor part is a bit sparse for shipping and quite risky. Parcel services are often not very delicate with packages. However: the delivery worked fine here. The fan arrived intact and ultimately does what it should. Therefore, 4 stars. There is room for improvement with the stand quality and the instructions could be better. Numbered parts and a real step-by-step guide would be nice. Nothing is perfect. But who cares? At least it runs and was quite affordable.

We have been working in our house with Trotec products for years. The first device was already broken shortly after the warranty expired and could not be repaired by Trotec, at least not in a way that would have made economic sense. The following device, however, has been reliably in use for many years, located in our laundry basement and drying reliably. 2 more devices, now "New", are supposed to lower the humidity in the living areas at high temperatures. These devices also perform reliably.

I am absolutely thrilled with Trotec and the PAC 3000 X A+ air conditioner. From the order, through to the super-fast shipping and confirmation, everything went perfectly and smoothly. The best part: Even in these challenging times, when it seems everyone wants an air conditioner at the same time and demand is huge, Trotec did a perfect job. The device works great and the service was first class. Highly recommended purchase!

Quick to order and very good delivery time from serious operators like UPS etc., the air conditioner is beautiful, robust, not like some models, works perfectly for a room, the outlet to the window I made with the parts from the package, so a simple board with a hole in it and the provided parts fitted for sealing, the noise remains acceptable it's a compressor inside the house, not an external compressor so, the function of the remote control is nothing simpler nothing complicated.

A first order through Amazon was unilaterally canceled despite being confirmed on the day of the scheduled delivery. The second order through Trotec was confirmed with a delivery time of 10-11 weeks; the delivery then took place within a week. Since the first item was not deliverable, I ordered a larger / higher quality item (quantity 2); the original order value of nearly 420,- euros increased to about 600,- euros. The delivery took place in 2 batches and over 2 invoices for which I received payment information via email. As I received a third email with differing data, I contacted customer service on 21-07 to address any potential issues. The only feedback was a notice of up to 5 days processing time. On the whole, therefore, just an average rating.

Trotec products are good, but the delivery is completely poor, that idiot from UPS just left the air conditioner downstairs in the hallway unattended without letting me know. Didn't ring the bell, I never signed, in the UPS app it says he met the customer? Not true, and this while you're just at home waiting. My neighbor thought I was still in the hospital and luckily brought the air conditioner inside. The next morning he sent me a WhatsApp message. So TROTEC, do something, because I paid almost €30 in delivery costs and can't even carry it up the stairs due to an operation, and then a delivery person does this?

Trotec is a good company that can grow. I ordered on this site and they delivered a package to me once and then 3 days later the second package. There may have been a lack of communication or a poor update of the site. I received my two packages in good condition. I think there was an overload during order preparation. It is absolutely necessary to avoid stress as it is a big mistake.

The purchase was good, the shop is clear (despite the many products - which can seem a bit overwhelming). Everything in the shop is explained in detail and the process was itself good and satisfactory, also due to the many payment options, etc. There is nothing to complain about here. A negative point for the many emails after the order process, as it seemed unnecessary to me. From my point of view, one or two emails for order confirmation and invoice would be sufficient.

Very detailed product description in the online store. Additionally, the delivery was pleasantly quick, taking only 3-4 days despite the store's notice about delays in processing the order and delivery. The device itself works perfectly after initial operation. One could only add a detailed list of accessories to the product description. Overall very satisfied.

I have already ordered for the third time in this online shop and am very satisfied every time. The power tools impress with their good quality and reliability. I especially like the excellent price-performance ratio – high-quality products at fair prices. The delivery was always quick and hassle-free. I will gladly shop here again in the future and can only recommend this shop.

The shop is very good, the quality and price of the items are as expected. The only issue is the choice of carrier UPS. Delivery notice was not respected; I waited a whole day for nothing and then the air conditioner I had ordered was left in front of my door 3 days later without informing me and in full view because I was working. I just received an email saying it had been delivered (stress). Luckily, when I arrived it was still there, but the packaging was in very bad condition; fortunately, the device was not damaged and works perfectly. But please, if you don't want to lose customers, choose a worthy carrier! Thanks in advance.

The delivery was very fast and the goods as described. However, I find the following points difficult: 1. The end piece of the exhaust hose of my approximately 8-year-old portable air conditioner from Trotek doesn't fit into the connections of the delivered items. I might have been able to foresee this, as models with which my ordered items are compatible were mentioned, but a note in the item description like 'does not fit models older than 6 years' would still be helpful. I also didn't find a possible adapter in the shop. 2. I also find the one-sided assembly instructions poor. In the universal window seal, more detailed information such as side wall or front side of the window frame would be helpful, as well as indications of where best to place the non-needed (overhanging) part of the seal.

ordering process ok, attractive discounts that convinced me to buy and according to the internet the reputation of the Trotec brand - that remains to be seen. shipping method ok - first notification super, I got an SMS with the option to redirect to a pickup point. that was the first and last SMS. The UPS operator sent nothing more, I didn't know the package was ready for pickup and it almost got sent back to the sender. UPS - poor service in terms of package tracking. Managed to pick it up at the last moment. Unpacked, product looks ok. I didn't have time to start it, and I don't even know if the equipment works properly.

Easy to order and a great price, tracking from Germany was great till it got into the hands of Royal Mail Parcel force, Who e-mailed me at 8.30 in the morning on the day it was going to be delivered to say it was being delivered, this was unfortunate as I left the house at 8.20 to do our weekly shop, on my return there was a card thru the door saying there was no one in and it would be delivered on the next working day, Tuesday, so missed using my new hot tub on the hottest May bank holiday on record, Now I am unable to find out when it is going to be delivered unless I wait on a premium rate phone line for 40 mins, so now stuck in for the day to see if it turns up. Trotec why do you not use a proper courier like DHL in stead of Royal mail Parcel Farce?
