Our experience was poor.
At first glance, we thought that many parts are available for our engine MAN D2876 LE301 (marine engine).
So, we made an order. (luckily we did not include many parts in our order).
When we received our order, we were shocked that many parts are completely different to what we expected, and do not fit our engine. Possible reasons to that are: if there is no exact match of part that is needed, onergys webshop offers some other parts with similar part number or product name. However, there is no good description that states that new part number is compatible with original typed number.
Secondly, when we contacted onergys directly and described the situation, we have been told that this is only our mistake and we need to take full responsibility.
