1) Natalia Dura - a very competent and responsive employee;
2) I have been buying and wearing Helikon products for many years, now I started buying online through the site, at first I was worried, I thought it would either take a long time, or it might get lost, or something else would happen, but everything turned out fine, I already stuffed things for 3k in half a year ;
3) Helikon released a new hardshell jacket with a membrane, of course I ordered it, but I got a factory defect to my great regret. I thought that the situation would either drag on for a very long time or not be resolved at all, but Helikon made me very happy that they solved my situation very quickly (3 days), went to meet me and returned the cost of the jacket, real professionals, including including Natalia!
