Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast.
The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband.
I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size.
it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns.
but to summarize: you are good :-)
I thought it would work out cheaper buying direct from Helikon but after taxes and delivery costs ended up paying 20-30% more than if I’d ordered from a uk supplier. Consider redirecting UK customers to a local supplier in future? Also ordered same sizing in different styles but one style was too small to wear.

Thank you for the summer sale which allowed me to order their amazing trousers and the perfect Covert Jacket.
Shipping cost exploded unfortunately, my last order was ~75$, now it is ~96 $ , that’s a huge chunk of the bill.
yes, I understand that everything got more expensive but if I order a trouser for 50 $ the balance is off.
So with shipping and tax, that’s more than half of the cost for me now.

only negative point, unfortunately they use EU sizes on the website for US Style uniforms so when buying and you are used to US style BDUs/ACUs sizes, buy one size up.
My RAID Shirt from Propper is XL so i ordered the RAID Shirt in XL from Helikon aswell. Only to find out that its actually a L in size for US sizes.

A great range of products. Some available in sizes that their UK stockists don't carry, and even after Brexit their prices are still competitive with UK ones. I got a bit confused with their sizing charts, which vary across patterns, rather than being standardised as I would expect. This resulted in me returning one pair for a refund. Their customer service operative was and is being very helpful and patient with me, and apparently they're working to standardise the sizing which will help a lot. Thank you.
