Everything is fine, but there are a few important points
1. Zippers. This is the biggest problem. Zippers looks reliable, but keeps getting jammed in some places. Therefore, there are problems with opening/closing the backpack. You will not be able to quickly open/close the backpack. And it happens all the time. This is terrible! For this price of a backpack, this should not be the case
2. No laptop pocket. If it's an EDC backpack, there should be a laptop pocket. It is hard to imagine that in 2022 there is no such pocket. And it is not mentioned anywhere in the description. It's weird.
3. EMS messed up with the track number, because of which the parcel was almost lost and the delivery was delayed.

Item was top quality but was sent the wrong size, was probably my fat fingered mistake while ordering. But my reason for not giving 5 stars is that the customer has to cover the cost of returning the item and re-order another. The problem is, return shipping to Poland from Canada is almost half the cost of the jacket itself, plus if you re-order another, you are hit with the shipping cost again. So I guess lesson learned. Now I'm stuck with trying to sell it privately to recover some of the cost.

The products are excellent, but navigating the website was a frustrating experience. Constantly having to click to manually load 12 items at a time as you scroll down was frustratingly time consuming. Then if you view an item's details, when you navigate back to the category page, you have to manually reload each group of items all over again.
