I bought a Techsuit Carbon Shield Pro (Black) case for my new OnePlus 15. It arrived on time as expected. Even though it's just a phone case, it was very well packed, sturdy enough that it won't get damaged even if someone presses on the package. The packaging was excellent! The case itself is very strong, exactly what I was looking for. I'm really happy with the purchase!

Product was in okay condition, but the parcel box it came it was way bigger than the product box and had no internal padding, and the product would have been intensely knocked around during transit, as evident by the worn and creased corners of the product box.

The e-shop is great but there were few really unprofessional moments: 1. Tracking in Romanian? Srsly? It makes no any sense. 2. Tracking that is pushing me installing an app? First I noticed I thought I've been scammed. 3. The e-shop URL is forwarding to gsmnet.eu which Fortigate consider as 'dangerous'.

Where do I even begin? This product was advertised as a Botslab-compatible cable, with the brand name clearly mentioned and specific supported models listed. Sounds legit, right? Wrong. What I received is not just “slightly different” — it’s a completely unrelated, bottom-tier knockoff. Instead of a USB-C connector (which Botslab actually uses), I got a micro-USB cable. In other words, totally useless for its intended purpose. And let’s talk about what was actually delivered. This is not a branded accessory. This is a no-name, ultra-cheap cable straight out of the “mystery box” category — the kind that comes in packaging covered in Chinese characters, with zero indication of quality or authenticity. If I wanted something like this, I would have gone to AliExpress and bought it for a few euros. At least then I’d know what I’m getting. But here? You’re charging for a supposedly specific, branded-compatible product — and sending the cheapest generic substitute imaginable. Customer support was the cherry on top. I was told that everything was “clearly shown” on the product page and that I can’t return it because I “just don’t like it.” That’s almost impressive. This is not about liking it — it’s about receiving something completely different from what was advertised. And now, conveniently, the product page has been deleted. That says a lot. Misleading listing, low-quality product, and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.
