I never received my package and no solution was given to me.

We’ve had a very negative experience with this company, especially when it comes to customer communication. We’ve repeatedly tried to contact customer service via email – without any response. On the rare occasions we did receive a reply, it was unprofessional, with no greeting, and often rude or even aggressive. The use of exclamation marks and the overall tone of communication are completely inappropriate. The customer support clearly lacks even basic knowledge of how to communicate respectfully with customers. Our issue still remains unresolved, and frankly, we are now hesitant to contact them again due to the previous unpleasant interactions.
