Good combination of quality and service
I appreciate the embroidery and print themes I choose and harmonize them with the themes of the rooms where I install them. Even when items are unavailable, there's always a solution among your offers. Deliveries are fast and well-packaged, and products are quickly set up. When there are order errors, refunds or replacements are also quickly handled. It can be said that you know how to combine quality and service like other competitors of yours, whose equivalent service I have appreciated in the past. It's pleasant to work with you.

I really like the quality of the fabric and the very delicate prints. What a shame I couldn't choose the one I liked the most (summer vacation) because it was sold out . The gift package was very pretty but all torn... such a shame

Always excellent quality, with original themes for young and old alike. Just a little disappointed by the presentation of my purchases, which were placed in a simple cardboard box without packaging. I'm used to more presentation of my purchases, at least a cellophane bag. MMillot

I always enjoy unpacking my purchases from Sylvie Thiriez. I have been accustomed to buying Sylvie Thiriez home linens for a long time and I do not want to change. I hope to have the same satisfaction with the duvet covers and pillowcases purchased for my grandchildren.

Efficient personnel
I called the headquarters to match a duvet cover and pillowcase with fitted sheets, flat sheets, and bolster to take advantage of the discount.
The person was attentive and efficient.

Magnificent products. Perfect quality. Small note: the shipping costs to Belgium are very high. For the rest, truly perfect!

Quality ok
Delivery ok
Disappointed to receive household linen, 100% cotton, quite expensive, in simple packaging, worthy of a Chinese site which inevitably arrived damaged. A box would be preferable so that we understand why we pay 100€ more for the sheet than on a Chinese site.

I would have appreciated a response to my e-mail yesterday morning. Did not receive. Having said that, the quality of the products, the design and the speedy delivery are the reason why I have been a long-time customer and will continue to be and certainly recommend further to friends and family!
