Review summary
Customers appreciate fast shipping, the ease and promptness of returns and refunds, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the customer service team. Many are satisfied with product quality and are pleased when rare items and sizes are available. The website is generally considered clear and easy to use, and good deals and promotions are valued. Regular updates and proactive communication are also well received. However, some customers experience delays or missed delivery estimates, slow refund processing or issues with returns, and frustration with unresponsive or slow customer service. Concerns about product defects or durability are occasionally mentioned, and there is disappointment when items or certain sizes are out of stock. A few users suggest improvements for specific website features, and some find regular prices to be high. Lack of information about order status or delays can also lead to dissatisfaction.

* good value-for-money football shoes
* delivery could be faster? Ordered on the weekend, only sent to shipping service on Wednesday, delivered the following Monday. That's quite long.

Great service!
Voetbalshop had the football boots that my son really wanted, we couldn't find size 37.5 almost anywhere, but here we could. Nice option to have a name and logo printed on the shoes.

I am always satisfied with Voetbalshop
I am always satisfied with voetbalshop.nl. Clear communication and everything delivered neatly. Just a very small downside that the delivery sometimes takes quite a long time... not always. Otherwise, just great 👍🏻

Everything for our football family
Voetbalshop has an organized webshop with a lot of choices. In addition, delivery is fast and if something doesn't fit once in a while, returning is easy.
That's why voetbalshop.nl is the main supplier for our football family.

After I sent an email about the poor/lengthy handling of returned products, I suddenly received an email about the arrival/returned products. So I'm glad something was done with my email and therefore 5 stars. It's now going as it should.

Delivery 🚚
The goalkeeper gloves are good and fit well. That wasn't the problem. But the DHL delivery person immediately went back to his car after ringing the bell and quickly left a note because he thought we weren't home. We were home but that took too long for him. Because we did call through the intercom (apartment) but he kept walking. And only 2 days later could we pick up the package at a pickup point.
We weren't used to that from DHL

Reply from Voetbalshop.nl
Hi Mike,
Great that the goalkeeper gloves fit well, that is of course the most important thing. It's unfortunate to hear that the delivery via DHL didn't go smoothly, that could certainly have been better. We're glad that you're still satisfied despite that, and we continue to do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, from ordering to delivery.
Sporty regards,
Team Voetbalshop

I wanted to buy an outfit for my son. Clicked on everything and then the shorts were no longer in the size we wanted. Apparently, they are no longer available, so had to order everything separately and thus more expensive. I also find the delivery time quite long. It usually takes 2 weeks or more.

Everything was very good. Only at the beginning it was not clear whether DHL or Bpost would deliver it in the track and trace link.

My mistake for ordering a cardboard shirt. I thought I was ordering a real shirt. But the response time and shipping were perfect from this business. Packaging for a cardboard shirt was great.
Too bad for me that it wasn't a real jersey.

Satisfied purchase
Clear site and super fast delivery. And luckily plenty of time to exchange if possible because it is a gift for a birthday in October and I am not 100% sure if the size is right.

I went to Leiden looking for sports pants...
I went to Leiden looking for sports shorts in size XXXL, but no, they didn't sell them and I was spoken to as if I was asking for something outrageous. So I searched online and found them at the soccer shop. Well priced and great quality!!
