Can't comment on the quality of the item as it was a gift for someone else so I haven't used it. But this was the best price I could find. The only issue I have is the massive box it came it seemed a waste of resources.

I received this bird bath in good time. It was well packed and in excellent condition. It had to be put together I did find that a bit awkward without decent instructions but I looked at the picture of it on this site and just copied how that looked. It’s a really well made bath and will fit a large cage fine.im happy with this product.

Returned an item following the instructions on the website. Now have no refund, no item, and also had to pay £5 to return. Customer services stopped responding to emails as soon as I sent proof of return postage. Don’t risk it.
