I like that you ship to Portugal. But the delivery was bad. They delivered to a complete other address and just placed it there in front of the door without any ringing or whatsoever. The lady was so nice to look me up online so I could pick the box up at her place.

I have ordered a girth and it was too small I have sent three emails and left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me about the return this is very frustrating because you only have two weeks to return it and now I am coming up on that date and have a product I cannot use on my horse. No one is replying from Customer Service on the phone or by email.
