I was almost thinking to buy a new dishwasher, since I was sure it would be difficult to get parts for the Candy dishwasher. I bought it online almost 5 years ago. But then I found Fixpart. I gave it a try. I ordered a new thermostat, and it was so easy using the Modelnumber. Fixpart even had an alternate part, that was compatible, and much cheaper. And it was fast delivery. I changed the part so easy, and the dishwasher now works perfect. I really recommend Fixpart!! I normally never write feedbacks like this, but I am so happy to now make an exeption for Fixpart. Brgds a viking from Norway.(:

I paid for the goods when ordered, paid for the goods to be delivered at my door. I could track the shipment, but when Posten came to my door they told me that the package was not to be found in their car, so no delivery. I have paid for goods that disappeared during shipment. Posten later told me to contact Fixpart about the goods that they had lost, because Fixpart is their Client. I forwarded the respons from Posten to Fixpart "kundeservice@fixpart.no", but 4 days later Fixpart has not responded. Should I make a new order and pay for the goods one more time, or what should I do? If I purchase the same goods for the second time, will the goods be delivered this time? I need the goods urgently and told Fixpart so, but with no response so far.

Veldig veldig dårlig service, bestilte varer i August måtte returnere noe av dette og trodde dette var en enkel sak, men nei , varene måtte returneres til Nederlandf(trodde Fixpart var et norsk firma) dette kostet kr 350 .- i frakt samt at det måtte tolldeklareres. Jeg har fulgt varerne til Nederland på Posten.no men der skjer det ingenting, Varene ankom dit i slutten av September og jeg har purret flere fanger til Fixpart og får bare autogenererte svar tilbake. Betaling gjorde jeg med Mastercard så skal prøve å klage dit slik at jeg får pengene tilbake. Firmaet anbefales ikke

Jeg sendte en tilbakemelding om at linken som jeg fikk fra Dere ikke ga noen mening, da den var den samme som jeg var inne på tidligere. Jeg ba da om å få et konkret svar på om Dere har den energiregulatoren eller ikke, men har ikke fått noe svar så langt. Det skulle være enkelt å gi en tilbakemelding på om Dere har denne eller ikke, istedenfor å henvise til en link, som jeg ikke kan finne den på. S. Spjelkavik

Return of the item was very difficult. Waitid for an approval from you,which did not come This is an ordinary part in their parts lists.I suddenly got a message that i didn`t get a refund.Marked red.This is bad treatment of customers .This is not Norwegian sales sales law.This is not about money, but about customer.

They are not to be trusted, I have been sent wring item after selecting the right model for replacement part. After they demand that the product should be returned to Nederland in spite of your ordering on a Norwegian web site. Do not buy from these people.

Parts dont fit to the product. They send the wrong parts and it cost a fortune to send the product back to them. No shipping returns for free is also a issue when the firm sends wrong prutucts

I ordered the part that did not fit and was thankfully able to send it back. However, I did not receive an answer to the question whether it is possible to replace the part with another or do I need to place another order. I rate the store so low only due to the fact that the buyer has to cover the cost of returning the parcel to the Netherlands. It is not profitable to order from the store if the part does not fit and you have to send it back. And so the buyer loses twice.
