I was almost thinking to buy a new dishwasher, since I was sure it would be difficult to get parts for the Candy dishwasher. I bought it online almost 5 years ago. But then I found Fixpart. I gave it a try. I ordered a new thermostat, and it was so easy using the Modelnumber. Fixpart even had an alternate part, that was compatible, and much cheaper. And it was fast delivery. I changed the part so easy, and the dishwasher now works perfect. I really recommend Fixpart!! I normally never write feedbacks like this, but I am so happy to now make an exeption for Fixpart. I paid for the goods when ordered, paid for the goods to be delivered at my door. I could track the shipment, but when Posten came to my door they told me that the package was not to be found in their car, so no delivery. I have paid for goods that disappeared during shipment. Posten later told me to contact Fixpart about the goods that they had lost, because Fixpart is their Client. I forwarded the respons from Posten to Fixpart "kundeservice@fixpart.no", but 4 days later Fixpart has not responded. Should I make a new order and pay for the goods one more time, or what should I do? If I purchase the same goods for the second time, will the goods be delivered this time? I need the goods urgently and told Fixpart so, but with no response so far.

helt sinnsyke mengder emballasje, 2 små metallskinner som fint kunne gått i en boblekovolutt og blitt levert i postkassen, enkeltpakket i kartonger, med mer både papp og isopor enn deler, og disse kartongene pakket i en ny større kartong i tillegg! Det ble også levert 2 sett skinner i kort størrelse mens eg skulle ha 1 sett av disse og 1 sett til dypere skuffer som da er endel lengre.

Sent me the wrong part. Tried to make me pay for the return of the wrong part they sent. After numerous mails and more then a month trying to get them to send the correct part or pay me back they finally sent the correct part. That's why they get two stars. Otherwise one star. Different people responding each time, asking the same questions without checking earlier communication.

Received the wrong part and have sent emails in order to return the received part and tryied to order a New by sending pictures of the equipment i ordered for but no reply so far.( 30 saus ago)Klarna is claiming payment for the part you sent.If you cant supply the correct part .See no reason to pay for something i cant use.Pls reply urgently

Fixepart was excellent .. but the carrier / shippment was a disaster. Was notified of planned deliver early friday -- then i was notified several times on deley -- lats planned delivery was 22:00- 23:10 . The I gotthe message - delivery cancelled and will happen next working day . SArrived later than etimated om monday evening.

Dere kan begynne med å levere pakke på riktig adr. Gått en har gode naboer det er det ikke alle som har. Pakken ble levert his naboen ca 50 cm under navneskitet dems å der står ikke mitt navn ligner ikke i nærheten en gang.

I ordered a travel charger case for toothbrush. When arrived its just a hard case without built in charger. Fraud is the key word buying from this company. Took a long time from order to arrival too. Buy elsewhere

I send to fixpart the ordernumber to get an refund. But they cant find the part i order. I sent picture and i sent produktnumber, but still they Cantona figure it out. I give up. Never again fixpart

You can not find the right part. When you can not fix this, it cost to much money to return the part. The returnsystem is to compicated. So I lost the money for the part and the freight.

Fikk en ødelagt vannbeholder til kaffemaskin på døren. Vi har fortsatt ikke fått tibakemelding om hva som når vi får en ny. Sendt inn til kundesenteret og retur delingen.

Veldig veldig dårlig service, bestilte varer i August måtte returnere noe av dette og trodde dette var en enkel sak, men nei , varene måtte returneres til Nederlandf(trodde Fixpart var et norsk firma) dette kostet kr 350 .- i frakt samt at det måtte tolldeklareres. Jeg har fulgt varerne til Nederland på Posten.no men der skjer det ingenting, Varene ankom dit i slutten av September og jeg har purret flere fanger til Fixpart og får bare autogenererte svar tilbake. Betaling gjorde jeg med Mastercard så skal prøve å klage dit slik at jeg får pengene tilbake. Firmaet anbefales ikke
