I was almost thinking to buy a new dishwasher, since I was sure it would be difficult to get parts for the Candy dishwasher. I bought it online almost 5 years ago. But then I found Fixpart. I gave it a try. I ordered a new thermostat, and it was so easy using the Modelnumber. Fixpart even had an alternate part, that was compatible, and much cheaper. And it was fast delivery. I changed the part so easy, and the dishwasher now works perfect. I really recommend Fixpart!! I normally never write feedbacks like this, but I am so happy to now make an exeption for Fixpart. I paid for the goods when ordered, paid for the goods to be delivered at my door. I could track the shipment, but when Posten came to my door they told me that the package was not to be found in their car, so no delivery. I have paid for goods that disappeared during shipment. Posten later told me to contact Fixpart about the goods that they had lost, because Fixpart is their Client. I forwarded the respons from Posten to Fixpart "kundeservice@fixpart.no", but 4 days later Fixpart has not responded. Should I make a new order and pay for the goods one more time, or what should I do? If I purchase the same goods for the second time, will the goods be delivered this time? I need the goods urgently and told Fixpart so, but with no response so far.

helt sinnsyke mengder emballasje, 2 små metallskinner som fint kunne gått i en boblekovolutt og blitt levert i postkassen, enkeltpakket i kartonger, med mer både papp og isopor enn deler, og disse kartongene pakket i en ny større kartong i tillegg! Det ble også levert 2 sett skinner i kort størrelse mens eg skulle ha 1 sett av disse og 1 sett til dypere skuffer som da er endel lengre.

Sent me the wrong part. Tried to make me pay for the return of the wrong part they sent. After numerous mails and more then a month trying to get them to send the correct part or pay me back they finally sent the correct part. That's why they get two stars. Otherwise one star. Different people responding each time, asking the same questions without checking earlier communication.

Ordered A part for my Bosch kitchen machine, but the part was broken when I received it, I complained about it. But it took many months before I received a new one, and they didn’t answer my request when tried to contact them about the case, so I thought I never would receive a new one. But thankfully it finally arrived. They could improve a lot on communication.

Fikk en ødelagt vannbeholder til kaffemaskin på døren. Vi har fortsatt ikke fått tibakemelding om hva som når vi får en ny. Sendt inn til kundesenteret og retur delingen.

Having found the original ice spade I tried to cancel the order. Two weeks later I got a reply it had been shipped. Returning this item then cost NOK 185 (almost half the cost of the item). If I could have received a confirmation of cancellation (within the two weeks of trying to cancel and shipment) we would have both saved time and money. Kind regards Moraigh

Door to freezer without those two hinge is useless. That should be a part of deliverence. Now I have to order hinge pin mounts…
