On november 18, 2025 I received my order of 14 boxes (140 pouches) of yogurt for my baby. Manufacturing date on the boxes was: 5/2025 Expiration date was: 5/2026 I have bought from them before and have received fresh product, fresh batch,like they claim on their website. I communicated with Baby’s best food and first they requested pictures of the boxes I received (clearly they have no control or knowledge of what they ship overseas). After several emails they claim they don’t take returns and they find acceptable that I paid full price for a product that they needed to get rid of.

The items you received were produced in May 2025 and had an expiration date of May 2026, which is fully within the expected freshness and shelf-life standards. These were not products that were being “cleared out,” but completely normal stock with the usual shelf life. We requested photos to ensure there was no mix-up or shipping error — this is a standard part of our quality assurance process. Since the products were delivered correctly and within the shelf-life guarantee, we are unable to accept a return. We are sorry that your expectation regarding shelf life was different, but we assure you that the products you received were fresh, high-quality, and fully in line with the information provided on our website.
