The products I wanted were at a good price. However delivery did take over two weeks.
When I tried to use the website to enquire as to the order status it would not allowed me to change my the international dialling code from Spain to my home country, hence I could not submit my enquiry as that’s a ‘required field. I sent customer services an email and by the time they replied my order had been delivered. No point in having an email option if it takes that long to reply and definitely no point in having a website enquiry page of you can’t submit due to an issue with a ‘required field’ that cannot not be altered…

Actually my experience is terrible, I haven't received anything yet and it's been over 2 weeks. The problem has been a defective Mondial Relay locker, but yesterday when it was finally working, I discovered my stuff had already been returned. I really think Farmacias direct should not work with them. Imagine if the medication ordered was for a critical condition (mine is for a medical trial)
