The products are of very good quality: the fabrics and colours, etc. What should be improved is the delivery process. It took forever to receive my order from Poland to Bulgaria, which in my case was not a problem, but some parents may need some things urgently. I was pleased with the email that I received from jukki team in which they notified me about the delay, and also with the little gratis product (very kind gesture:) )
Super late delivery. Poor customer support. On their website it clearly states delivery between 4 and 7 days, but actually this was not the case. It took them double the time and only after I wrote them a couple emails to follow up on my order. Since they are offering baby products the delivery time is really sensitive, so I would recommend either update their terms and conditions that those 7 days start after processing the order (which might take 10+ days) or just be more self organised and process and send the orders within the given time frame.

Ужасно забавена доставка
Всичко в магазина изглежда супер, само че вече 2 седмици чакам поръчката, като на 13тия ден, след като написах мейл, за да питам какво се случва, ми отговориха, че ще трябва да чакам до 7 работни дни. ..А дали ще дойде и тогава, не се знае. Упоменато е, че поръчката идва за 4-7 дена и въпреки празниците мина твърде много време.

Здравейте, много съжаляваме за ситуацията. Поръчката ви е от 20.12 и е изпратена на 27.12. Реално в този период, само 2 дни се водят работни, които са били нужни за самата обработка на поръчката. През почивните дни пратки не се изпращат. Доставката се доставя до 7 работни дни след изпращане, т.е от 27.12.23 до 4.01.24. Поръчката Ви е Еконт от вчера, което е в срок. Извиняваме се че се е случило така че поръчката е направена и е обхванала почивните празнични дни. Надяваме се че поне продуктите ще отговарят на очакванията ви.
