It was quick and easy to make the payment.

Hello, I would like to give my feedback for improvement. First of all, In November I purchased my ISTQB CT-AI certification, after a while you announced Black Friday 20% discount. Recently, in December I purchased my ISTQB Gen-AI certification, after that 1 week later you announced New Year 20% discount. Twice I missed discounts, as my bookings were 188 GBP per each, my total lost is around 75 GBP. May I get that discount as a display of generosity. Secondly, for my Gen-AI examination I did not receive a sample examination. Previously I received for my AI exam. There are scarce number of sample questions for that new exam. Thirdly before the exam, a week ago I received an email for system check. When the exam time came, I did not receive extra email for exam, later I realized that that link was also for the exam, but there were no clear explanation about it. So could you please make clear explanation that says we can use that link for both system check and exam. That made me panic just before the exam. Thank you for your time.

The whole process was uncomplicated and easy.

Good help via chat so that everything worked from a technical perspective and also to check together preconditions to start the exam. What I did not like: I did not see the face of the remote proctor. In some situations it felt like talking to a chatbot and in some situations with a human (but was not sure).

Quick response and overdelivery

Took a lot to get the exam booked, almost 2 weeks of waiting, no clear instruction after purchase of voucher I almost had a heart attack as nothing was coming in the email took its time, then make account with test centre go through all the information there come back apply for extended time wait 5 days then apply to take the exam, wait another few days, I haven’t finished yet I still need to get my prerequisite approved, that’s also taking days, pain in the ass system and it doesn’t make it easy, a few directions here and there but no centralised at all. I don’t like it!

The proctor was a great help in explaining the right conditions for the certification process, making my ISTQB certification a great experience. Thank you a lot.
