Hubo buen seguimiento por parte de Ideliasta, aunque creo que el agente llamó demasiado insistentemente; quizá contactar por whatsapp para mantenerse al día es menos invasivo. Objectively, I had a nightmare experience where Idealista ghosted me for 3 weeks and blocked me from taking the deal I negotiated on better terms on my own. In the very end it got all resolved, but I'm still surprised how this was possible at all.

I completed the process but without any assistance of Idealista Hipotecas. They received the comissions but the only thing they did was to put in me in contact with the banks (quite automated), but dont expect them to be an advisor or guide you minimally through the process. The person who was allocated to my case didnt even answer my calls/emails/whatsapp.
