Is it here yet?
So I ordered some contacts and I’m still waiting for them and it’s been over two weeks. I wish they would get here sooner but such is life they really should work on putting some money into the shipping option

Hi, and thank you for your feedback. We completely understand – waiting over two weeks for your contacts is frustrating.
We’ve checked your order: it left our warehouse on the next business day and was handed over to the carrier you selected at checkout. Unfortunately, from that point on the delivery time depends on the carrier, and in your case it took much longer than it should have.

The customer service is brilliant! I’ve got my sunglasses today, packed carefully, I found even a small present as well - thank you!
