I needed to order a bottle of Champagne as an engagement gift, but left it to the last minute. I live in Connecticut and the recipients live on the Upper East Side. Not only did the representative pick up the phone rapidly, but he asked all the right questions, even helping with the gift card and had the boxed Champagne delivered within an hour. I even had to call back for a change to the note and that also was handled perfectly. This is a great vendor.

6 months after ordering a case of Bordeaux in advance of release I called only to be told it had arrived a month earlier. When I asked for it to be delivered I was told I’d have to wait until Thursday . Thursday came and went and it was deliver the following week. No one ever called to tell me it had arrived in NY. No one ever called to tell me it wasn’t going to be delivered the following week .

The gift was not delivered and have not received a refund

The gift was never delivered via FedEx. I had to chase FedEx via phone - I am based in the UK and incurred at least £170 in additional phone calls. The gift was then returned to Millesima by FedEx and I haven't received a confirmation of this by Millesima nor received a refund. Very poor

Awful delay and lack of communication

I’ve had several orders over the years. The last one was the worst example of lack of communication ever. And the delay in delivery was not the 2 months estimated at order time but was 8 months with no updated ETA on the web site. I won’t order from them again
