Dear customer, thank you for your review. When you placed your order through PayPal, your shipping address was entered there, and if we changed the address, we would lose our seller protection in case of package loss. The correct procedure should be to cancel the order and create a new internal order with a new address, but this did not happen, we apologize for the problem. When sending the order, the address from paypal was downloaded to our system and therefore delivered to the incorrect address and not the one you wrote to us additionally. Don't worry, we will send the order to your new address again at our expense. BR, Kristina
