Ordered an electronic control unit for the airbag system which could not be obtained from the Audi dealer. OEMVWShop sourced this one. Took some time, but the part finally arrived and works as it should after being programmed by the Audi workshop. The car is now on the road again. Very satisfied, but the communication could have been better when the delivery took some time.

on May 10, 2023, I placed an order worth 219.68 euros and I did not see any order number or awb number. they keep telling me reasons that they will solve it, but nothing. I don't think I'll see either the order or the money back. I wrote e-mails after e-mails, only reasons that they did not arrive from their warehouse, that they will notify their boss when they arrive, all kinds of reasons. order number 9910040623 of May 10, 2023.

Good day, thank you for feedback. We are sorry for late expedition. Package has been shipped via DPD 25 of august. As I can see it has been delivered 29th of august.
