My order #9910048666 was paid on 12/09/23 and more than a month has passed since that time and two weeks have passed since the “estimated dispatch date” but my order has not been sent and there is no clear answer from support when it will be sent.

Communication is something to be improved. Sometimes the company replies within the same day, and sometimes they reply after multiple reminders after a week. This might be due to increased traffic of the holiday period (order placed in December). Otherwise experience was good, items were correct and arrived within a reasonable time plus they were packaged very well to avoid damage in shipping.

Realice mis primeras dos compras con ellos alrededor de US$3100, al inicio tuve temor de comprar en una pagina desconocida, pero la certificación de comercio seguro entregada por etrusted me convencio de realizar mi compra con oemvwshop..., espere alrededor de 4 semanas que me enviasen todos mis productos (alrededor de 43 articulos), y luego de una espera de dos meses en la aduana de mi pais, llegaron TODOS mis productos, excelente embalaje nada llego dañado..., Excelente tienda y servicio, muchas gracias. Before ordering from a new website, I always make sure to read all of the reviews. I decided to give them a chance and I approve of this website! Even though I had to add three more items to my order, the customer service was ready to help me with everything I asked for. I’ve ordered from oemvwshop a number of times. Not only are they able to get many VW/Audi parts that we can’t get in the USA, but most times they are far and away the cheapest option as well. Does take a while to get to the US but that’s just nature of the beast. They have to order it, wait for it to come in, package it, then ship it across the ocean. That being said, they are far and away my favorite source for OEM VW and Audi parts.

I was looking for a few spare parts for my Audi and when I came across Oemvwshop, I decided to place an order. My order was taken care of within 3 weeks for a great price. I also appreciate the warm customer service and fast delivery.
