I made a purchase on 11 December and received comfurmation that order shipped the following day. On 18 December, Fastway website indicated there were no tracking events for my order. I emailed Carhartt to follow up. Received a response that they would. Today is 20 Dec, Fastway web still indicates no tracking event for my order and no further update from Carhartt received. Very poor, don't think I will ever buy from you again.

Until now I didn't receive my parcel which was shipped since July 12, 2024. Fastway has my parcel and told me that the driver did not locate my house on the initial try and I didn't receive any calls or follow up regarding my parcel. I contacted their support thru live chat and told me that they will escalate it to the depot and will let me know.

Great product / Poor delivery partner

While I have always appreciated the quality of Carhartt's products and have been a loyal customer for several years, the decision to collaborate with Fastway.ie reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I am awaiting delivery for an order placed on 19th January. Their delivery partner fastway offer no live support no phone number the only status available on their website is “ We are unable to deliver the parcel due a problem with the address details provided. Please contact your local depot for further information.”

Ordered before Xmas which stated id have before Xmas, item still has not arrived and it’s part of my sons Xmas present and it’s Xmas day , tracking number not finding item and rude chat reps which cut you off when stating package will arrive after.Xmas , my son is not impressed this morning for such an expensive brand was expecting more , I’ve received packages from Spain UK and china in the time this was ordered and coat is still not here , not satisfactory

Refund process is a joke

Ordered a jacket which was too large so needed to return. Sent return on 12th February and was received and signed for 14 February. Contacted customer service twice who confirmed they received my return but still won’t process the refund as they have up to 14 days to do so. No other reason given.

The website was difficult to access via the iPad and when trying to order, the trousers were not easy to find. They also disappeared when clicking the button. I was a little disappointed that there was not one attempt to deliver at home.

Good quality. Discrinatory shipping charge for Malta vis a vis all EU countries

I love Carhartt clothes but I cannot understand why Malta and Cyprus are singled out with very expensive shipping while the rest of the EU have free shipping! It simply does not make any sense.

Both Malta and Cyprus, being islands situated in the Mediterranean Sea, present unique logistical challenges for shipping companies. Transporting goods to these locations involves crossing bodies of water, which inherently incurs higher costs compared to land-based transportation methods. Maritime transport, while essential, tends to be slower and more expensive. In the case of Malta and Cyprus, express shipping is often the sole viable option due to their geographical isolation. Unfortunately, the necessity for express shipping further elevates the overall shipping fees. Moreover, differences in customs procedures and regulations between European countries and Malta/Cyprus also play a significant role in driving up shipping costs. Compliance with various regulations and paperwork requirements can increase both the time and resources needed to process shipments to these destinations.
