Excellent customer service
When the product arrived, some parts were broken. I got them replaced immediately without any issues.
Since I have not received my order yet… deliver time was 2-3 working days. Currently on working day 6 since the order was placed, and still no delivery.
Questionnaire before delayed delivery??
Extremely rare to have a questionnaire sent out, wishing for a rating prior to having delivered the actual goods. For now, my trampoline has been delayed without any further notice - last update is that it still hasn't reached my country - hence, one star is even too much to give.
Takes to long to deliver. When I placed the order the item was in stock and would be shipped in 2-3 days. Its soon 2 weeks. And the Exit portal is kind of hard to understand

Good Service
We had issues with delivery (not exit toys fault). 2 of 3 packages was missing. After an easy contact with Exit toyz they send 2 new packages.
