Great sortiment led to my purchase of a product that only Papique offers. The procurement process was straight. No frills and no free samples, well, no samples at all. The shipment was extremely lousy. Despite my wish to have the product shipped to my local DHL shop, it was sitting at some exotic logistic provider for many days until it was announced for many days that Hermes, a here local lousy shipper, would take over when the parcel would reach the country, which took forever. And of course Hermes delivers to a Hermes shop. Finally the package look so lousy that it was barely recognized, just a thick wrap of bubble wrap. I hope I won't have to face such an experience again.
