Delivery was fast enough and prices acceptable. Only minor was that Techocell seat cover to my CR250R 1992 Honda. It was hardened too much by time and would not stretch like new ones. There is still line in the midle of seat from rear to front which will not straighten. And rear end of the seat, never had so big problems to strecth seat cover over rear looking good. And I have had much more difficultier seat covers to put in place. I guess it has been very long time in the warehouse and in the paggage. After all, everything is fine and I will purchase items from GreenlandMX in the future again!

5 weeks to deliver an item. Initially out of stock but this wasn't comminucated for 3 weeks. I sent several messages to their support person before any response. Then it was supposedly delivered but hadn't been. I asked for my money back - no response. About 5 days later it arrived. If you want stress and poor communication then consider this when you purchase. Previously I've used them without too much delay etc. I'm definitely worried by their lack of customer service really. Not sure if I will use them again when other companies exist. The caveat is I ordered in the Christmas New Year break. Even so they were work days when I ordered so.....5 weeks seems a real long time to wait.

They made a shipping error but they fixed it quickly

They made a shipping error and the product I received was a mismatched pair of boots. I sent a couple of emails and thought they had not replied but, in fact, their reply had gone straight to my trash bin (so, check your bin not just your spam) unbeknown to me. They called me, and the problem was swiftly solved as they quickly sent a new pair and collected the first one. I would give them 5 stars, but the shipping error was quite odd and hard to understand, and disregarding it would be unfair to those who make no such mistakes. I would still buy from them again.

Absolute top of the notch products and prices are quite ok. Overall experience was very good, even if I found some process for returning some products a bit intricated .... (but, i han ZERO issues , it is important to know, the guys are very pros and kind)

Trying to return anything is a real pain! Almost four weeks after receiving the product, I cannot return it since they do not answer my e-mails and don't send me the shipping label for the shipping company — very bad post-sales customer support.

After that, the delivery was succesfully on time 24h after. You have requested a free return but as we have confirmed you by mail, we havent found any incidence from us or transport agency. Late notice about unavailability

It took three weeks after ordering until I received a mail saing what I ordered was not in store and would not be sent until april. Such late notice is a problem when you are shopping for Christmas.
