I am a true "fan" of shoes by Satorisan having purchased 6 pairs of different styles. Too, I am among the elderly who demonstrates how "age appropriate" is not a consideration. Versatile and unique styling and comfort are a couple of reasons I am a loyal purchaser. My most recent purchases - two pairs of Benirras - are close to perfect in design decisions. One improvement? The strap should be slightly longer. My foot is fairly narrow and the first "hole" punch is a bit tight until several wearings. A consideration? I suggest giving the design department this question. Thank you.

These shoes are great and comfortable. My only suggestion is that Satorisan factor in the size of the insole to the shoe size. I cannot wear my usual size 7 with the really thick insole that comes with the shoe - I've swapped it out with something half as thick to get perfect size 7. But I love the look of the shoe and wear them all the time. Recommend!

I received my Kwahu Montblanc sneakers in the marshland color today. Like all Satorisan shoes, they’re stylish, unique, and easy on the feet. Just when I learned they had gotten hung up in US Customs due to tariff questions, I heard from a Satorisan representative that they were already on the problem, and they resolved it lickety split. Super shoes, super customer service. Hooray!!!

Compré mi primer par de Satorisan durante unas vacaciones en Valencia: el modelo Chacrona en suede. Desde el primer día me sorprendieron por lo cómodos que son, pero también por lo bien que se ven — funcionan perfecto incluso con un buen jean para un look casual pero cuidado. Recientemente compré online dos pares adicionales y la experiencia fue igual de buena: el envío hacia Puerto Rico fue rápido y a un costo muy razonable. Definitivamente me he enamorado de la marca. No solo destacan por su comodidad y diseño, sino también por su enfoque en la sustentabilidad y el respeto al planeta. Es una combinación difícil de encontrar hoy día.

I absolutely love these shoes—the colors and overall quality are well worth the price. That said, I ran into an issue with sizing. Based on Satorisan’s recommendation, I ordered one size larger than I usually wear, but unfortunately they ended up being too big. As a result, I had to send them back and reorder the correct size. I paid $25 for the initial shipping, $30 to return them, and another $25 to have the correct size shipped. If I had ordered my usual size from the start, I would be happy as a clam. I do think Satorisan could benefit from offering an app or a printable shoe sizer to help customers choose the correct size and avoid expensive shipping costs—especially given the premium price point of the shoes. That said, despite the sizing and shipping inconvenience, I’m still in love with this company and their products, and I’m looking forward to enjoying the pair that fits properly.

I’m impressed by the quality and comfort of these shoes. The speed of the delivery was also great. I didn’t know how long shipping would take—haven’t ordered many international items—and I wasn’t concerned about the time, so this was an unexpected plus. The extra laces and insoles are the cherry on top!

Love everything- Comfort… (I have narrow feet and the Heisel feels great) Style… unique, youthful but not childish or silly, lovely colors Quality… well sewn and constructed leather. They wear well over time. Enjoy two pair of laces and additional insoles.

Love my shoes! A little wide and bulky looking but satisfied. Extra $30 shipping to US, but wish there would have been some discount to offset that. Will consider that next time I order. I have only worn them once. They made my feet as little sore. Think it will take time to fully break them in.

Always pleased with Satorisan shoe quality and style. I only wish they would bring back the ankle high Heisei Suede chukka shoe/boot.

Beautiful shoes every time! Comfortable, sturdy, stylin', good for my feet. What's not to like? Satorisan is a head of the design curve with its unapologetic coolness. And designs shoes that are a pleasure to walk in!

The canvas shoes I ordered are sized for men and women. I figured I would try them as I totally love the canvas white 'sneakers" with Pink laces i bought from S several years ago and I couldn't find a similar style for women in the recent collections. These shoes are very cute but waaaayyyy too wide for my relatively narrow female foot. They are loose and slip off my foot with the little bit of try-on walking I did. I know it's got to be less expensive to make a unisex shoe but that certainly doesn't always work. Pls design and make some cool canvas shoes for women as you used to! TY! Andrea

Really love this brand. They are a ‘retro’ style and very comfortable for my narrow foot. I always add a very thin insert so I get some arch support. The shipping is steep ($25 to US) so I can only buy them when they have a sale. A pair of extra laces of a different color used to be included with the shoes but no longer. This was a fun feature that I miss. They arrived within a few days of ordering via FedEx.

These are great shoes. I have a lot of foot problems being older and these are almost the only shoes I wear. I will say the Kwahu Winter Fantasy fits tighter than the warm weather Kwahu. Not that you have to size down, but it's winter so you probably want to wear socks, which you can't if you buy your normal size. If you want to wear socks, maybe size up on that one. The only thing that upsets me about Satorisan is they keep discontinuing the shoes that are best for my feet. If you like a pair buy several because they will disappear and never be made again. A bummer if you look to replace a pair.

The selection of unique shoes is awesome. The delivery time was excellent. Pricing is about 20% higher than equivalent products.

The shoes are perfect as always….. but you forgot the extra insoles that usually come with that become valuable in the longevity of the shoe.

The chacrona linen shoes are the most comfy nice shoes I have ever owned. A neurodivergent persons dream. They fit and were immediately so nice feeling out of the box. Recommended to my friends right away. Great shoe.

Love the shoes and had never had to exchange/return anything. Website informed me that there were no exchanges, had to place order for replacement shoes and deal separately with return. I started the prescribed process. Did form but got email stating that there had been an “error” in generating shipping label. Did finally show up embedded in return instructions. $30 fee seems exorbitant and honestly made me reevaluate further purchase plans.

First I bought a few pairs for myself. Then, I realized they were the pairs of shoes in my closet that I chose most frequently — with all kinds of casual and formal outfits. And finally, I realized my husband needed a pair in a men’s color scheme.

I ordered my new shoes on Tuesday afternoon in ATL, Georgia and they were here on Saturday morning from Spain via Fed Ex! I own quite a few pairs of these well made, comfortable shoes and this one did not disappoint, either! Perfectly sized, soft leather but substantial Uwabaki clogs. Came in so many great colors! Thank you for making great shoes that are good for the soul as well as the feet!
