Unbürokratisch und schnell

Honestly, the worst online shop experience I have ever had. It does not worth to save a few euros, trust me. I bought two watches, one of them was stolen in the UPS warehouse and the other one took almost 15 days for being send it (when it said available and ready to ship in 4 days) Don't trust their info. After 50 days, I am still waiting for the refund of the first order. Acoording them, the refund can take up to 90 days.. unbeliavable. They don't answer the emails, they don't inform you, they don't pick up the phone, they don't care you at all. They wrote me like 5 emails in 50 days because I sent them 30. I spent more than 2500€ and when the watch arrived, the original Garming box seal was already opened and the watch had a screen protector. So, it was previously used or exposed in a store. They sent the watches from Italy and the sender was called "EBAY ITALY" It is a nightmare to deal with these people. I saw Chinese companies working much better. The customer services is ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone. #HT8913

Abwicklung der Bestellung war sehr gut. Versand hat etwas gedauert (die Uhr kam aus Italien) aber kein Problem. Nette Kommunikation und guter Kundenservice.
