I recently bought a watch from HarveyStore and had a really good experience. Before ordering I compared a few shops and contacted their customer service with some questions. They answered quickly and even offered me a small extra discount for paying by bank transfer. Because it was quite an expensive purchase, I was a bit nervous at first, but seeing they are protected by Trusted Shops gave me confidence to go ahead. The watch arrived exactly as described, brand new, well packed, with all the original accessories and official warranty. Shipping was also faster than I expected. Everything was perfect. The watch arrived well packaged and very well protected. Shipping was fast and reliable. I noticed that Citizen did not include a printed manual, so I contacted support. They replied immediately and kindly provided me with the manual in PDF. Later, I also confirmed that this is standard from Citizen. Overall, excellent experience and very professional customer service. I would gladly purchase again.

Ich kann diesen Händler leider nicht empfehlen. Ich habe eine Uhr bestellt, die als „auf Anfrage erhältlich“ gekennzeichnet war und laut Händler innerhalb von etwa 30 Tagen versandbereit sein sollte. Bereits wenige Tage nach der Bestellung habe ich den Kauf fristgerecht und entsprechend der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist widerrufen. Obwohl der Händler sowohl auf seiner Website als auch in den Vertragsunterlagen ein Widerrufsrecht zugesichert hatte, wollte er meinen Widerruf nicht akzeptieren. Als Begründung wurde angegeben, die Uhr sei speziell aus Japan bestellt worden. Diese Begründung war für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, da Seiko-Uhren grundsätzlich in Japan gefertigt und von dort bezogen werden. Dennoch blieb der Händler bei seiner Ablehnung. Da die von mir gesetzte 14-tägige Frist zur Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises ohne Reaktion verstrich, musste ich einen Käuferschutzfall bei Klarna und Trusted Shops eröffnen, sämtliche Unterlagen und Nachweise sichern sowie schließlich die Universalschlichtungsstelle einschalten. Trotz meines bereits wirksam erklärten Widerrufs wurde die Uhr nach rund 30 Tagen dennoch an mich versendet. Da ich den Kauf längst widerrufen hatte, habe ich die Annahme der Sendung verweigert. Erst nachdem ich den Händler ein letztes Mal unter Fristsetzung zur Rückzahlung aufgefordert und die Einleitung eines Mahnverfahrens sowie einer Zahlungsklage angekündigt hatte, erhielt ich die Bestätigung, dass der Kaufpreis erstattet werde – allerdings erst, nachdem die zurückgesandte Ware beim Händler eingetroffen und geprüft worden sei. Da ich die Sendung nie angenommen hatte, war eine solche Prüfung aus meiner Sicht gar nicht erforderlich. Insgesamt empfand ich den gesamten Ablauf als äußerst unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich. Dass ich mein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht erst mithilfe von Käuferschutz, Schlichtungsstelle und der Androhung rechtlicher Schritte durchsetzen konnte, spricht für mich nicht für einen seriösen Umgang mit Kunden. Aus meiner Erfahrung würde ich dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

watch is perfect and original one. But they charged extra amount. Like I order a watch it's price on store was 1389 SAR and they give me a discount around 44.92 SAR And charged for my shipping 131 SAR so total become 1475.08 but the charged 1515 SAR, I don't know why. And Delivery was too late they show in store that in 4-6 working days but it's arrive after 23 days its ok BUT the problem is they charged me again for shipping 127SAR as I already pay for it. DHL handed over my shipment to saudi post to riyadh and from riyadh to my city saudi post deliver but not on my address and when I go to pick my parcel from the pickup point they charged for it. This is very disappointed.

La rapidez de gestión de esta tienda es de otro nivel. El reloj llegó perfectamente protegido, con su caja original, manuales y la tarjeta de garantía sellada. I ordered on the 11/06, and I still haven't received my order. I emailed them, the first reply was swift, and they advised it would be shipped in the week starting the 22nd of june. when it didnt show shipp in that week I emails again to be told they are processig a lot of orders and it would ship ASAP. today, the 5h of july it still hasn't shipped and they haven't replied to 2 of my emails that asked for a shipping update

Last December 2025 I bought watch with them -Citizen BJ2167-03E Promaster Marine Aqualand Eco-Drive, brand new watch but when I received watch I noticed that watch wasn’t fully charged and I contacted them about my concerns and I said I want to return the watch and get refund for it but I was ignored and advised to charge the watch as they said is normal in winter time because lack of insufficient sunlight. Following all manufacturer recommendations how to charge unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully charge the watch. I requested service of the watch by Citizen service and Guess what? I received their expertise that after reset, watch is not charging fully so requires exchange for new accumulator and I have to pay for it - £235.20. Brand new watch, I paid over £500 in total including custom duty, tax etc and now I have to pay extra £235.20 because they sold me faulty Brand new watch although on display with scratches confirmed by Citizen service and now I have to pay extra for service to exchange accumulator but before they said to me not to worry as I got manufacturers warranty will free of charge. This is my experience with Harveystore.
