Der was a small issue with a manual (which was not the fault of the shop). They tried to help me with this as much as possible. Later, a sulution was found together with the manufacturer.

The order has not been completed. Disgusting service. I ordered a Garmin Fenix watch. The store's website indicated that the watch was in stock. In fact, the store ordered them from the manufacturer. The wait lasted a month. All this time, the store mostly ignored my requests. In the end, the money was returned. Thanks to Trusted Shops, which probably contributed to the refund.

We did everything within our power to fulfill them and respond to all inquiries. The order was canceled as per your request on January 18, and we immediately initiated the refund process.
