I ordered 15 pieces of goods (735-ND-BRAZ-130 - Profil schodowy antypoślizgowy samoprzylepny ND 1,3m b rąz), paid 15 pieces, but received only 14. In web sides of company is no description, how to reclaim the order. On web side I found some emails address, first two do not work, the thirds probably works (the email was not return back as undelivered), but till now no reaction. Simply I need 15 pieces of goods, it complicated my live.
