Review summary
Customers consistently praise the fast delivery, reliability, and generally good packaging condition, as well as the robust and well-made product quality that often matches expectations. The promptness, friendliness, and effectiveness of customer service, especially in resolving complaints and handling returns, are highlighted as strong points. Many find the products easy to install, and the wide selection of sizes, colors, and options is appreciated. The returns process is noted for being smooth and uncomplicated, particularly when handling damaged or incorrect items. However, some customers report delays in delivery and damaged packages, indicating inconsistency in shipping and packaging quality. A few mention minor flaws in product quality and specific challenges during installation, such as the need for extra tools. There are also suggestions for improving packaging to prevent transit damage.

Very Good Moldings 👍
We built a sink cabinet and wanted these moldings as finishing touches. It worked out splendidly! One deficient point is indeed the evaluation itself. I have to check something between very poor and excellent for customer service, even though I haven't needed it at all! So how should I rate it? It should be set up so that this question can remain open if you haven't needed customer service!!! I really dislike rating something very well when I can't assess it. This should be changed immediately! I find this obligation very unfriendly to customers!

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback! 😊 We are very pleased that our moldings are perfect for your sink cabinet and that you are satisfied with the result. We fully understand your remarks about evaluating customer service. If it was not used, the evaluation should naturally remain voluntary. Thank you for this important improvement suggestion, and we will pass it on accordingly. ⭐

This is our second order. The advantage of the colorful versions is that the double-sided tape is not visible, unlike the transparent version, where every bubble is visible and it doesn't look nice aesthetically / this is a problem I noted with the first order of the transparent product / Otherwise, I highly appreciate the range of colors, the material is easy to work with. Very satisfied.

Delivery went well. The delivered profiles make a good impression (they haven't been processed yet, they will be cut into 11 cm long pieces to serve as rear light holders on the bike carrier). There was a problem with the order. The delivery address overwrote the billing address multiple times. Since it was possible to enter a third address, I was then able to specify this as the delivery address.

Very good product, exactly what I expected. The product is well packaged. No profile was twisted. I am very satisfied.\nThe only downside, but Quest is not at fault, is the delivery.\nWe request home delivery and systematically, it is delivered directly to a collection point, which is unfortunate for some people.\nSuggestions, try to add a larger list of delivery companies.

The corner mouldings look really good. They are easy to install with silicone and cannot be found in a normal hardware store. The price-performance ratio is really great. Unfortunately, the first delivery was damaged during transport. However, this was quickly resolved with a replacement delivery within two days. Thank you very much and gladly again.

Adhesive Profile for Furniture
The product (an adhesive profile for furniture) allowed me to cover the grooves on the back of a piece of furniture where the back panel should have been inserted and allowed for the installation of the furniture in the center of a room instead of against the wall. The effect is pleasant and the adhesion seems (for now) sufficient.

Moldings very nice, easy to install. The store superbly resolved the problem with the first delivery (all moldings were damaged), after a call and an email with photos, they sent a second set without any issue. The cutting box is average for cutting these profiles, too large holes for the saw, and the saw itself is not suitable for plastic, only for wood.

Ideal tape for baseboards
I used the light gray tape as a baseboard connecting the tiles on the floor with the panels on the wall. I ordered 3 rolls of 5 meters each. The product came in a single 15-meter roll, which pleased me because I didn't have to splice. The day before, I cleaned the surface and wiped with acetone. That's all. The next day, I measured, cut, and taped right away. The tape is flexible and nicely adapts to the surface. It has ideal adhesion, not too strong to just hold on measuring but holds great after application and slight pressure.

Thank you for such a detailed and positive review! 😊 We are very happy that the product worked well in your project and met your expectations. We are glad to hear that one roll with the total length proved to be a convenient solution, and the tape was easy to mount, adapted well to the surface, and provided the right adhesion. Thank you also for sharing your experience with substrate preparation – it will certainly be helpful for other customers. Thank you for your trust and we look forward to your next visit!\n

Good quality product. A small drawback, however, caused by the delivery service (DPD) and not by the merchant: I was informed at the last minute that instead of home delivery as confirmed to me the previous day by email, both packages had been dropped at a pickup point. I therefore had to travel to collect them even though I had paid for home delivery.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for your appreciation of the product's quality! 😊 We are sorry for the inconvenience with the delivery and fully understand your dissatisfaction, especially after paying for home delivery. Unfortunately, this decision was made by the carrier and was not dependent on us. Nevertheless, we thank you for your understanding and trust. ⭐

Delivery Speed
Delivery speed! Within 2 days I had my order at home in the Czech Republic. I ordered the same goods in the Czech Republic from Bauhaus, but even after a month, I did not receive it. Here I had it quickly, perfectly packed and with perfect communication from the supplier👍👍👍

Super
It's really the product that met my need: finding a solution to cover the joint between a slant and an upright in a white-paneled attic. Impossible to achieve with rigid profiles. The surfaces are very flat and smooth, the adhesive holds well. The finish is impeccable.

Could be improved...!
There is only one point to criticize about the goods!\nI have already bought these strips from Amazon, these strips had adhesive tape on both sides!\nHere that was not the case, and the strips were bent!\nWhich brings me to the next point, DPD is the last provider, the shipment arrived damaged to me!\nThen it was just left standing and left on its own to be stolen!\nThis is completely unacceptable.

Thank you very much for your detailed and honest feedback. We are sorry that the strips did not meet your expectations and you particularly criticize the missing adhesive tape and the bent goods. We also deeply regret the damaged delivery and the manner of delivery by DPD. We understand your frustration and take your remarks about both product packaging and delivery seriously. Your feedback helps us improve our service and shipping further. We apologize for the inconveniences caused.\n

Good selection of products, wide range at a reasonable price. Easy ordering.
Fast delivery.
I can't say much about the quality of the profiles yet, as they will be processed in about two weeks. The visual impression on delivery shows no defects.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of these profiles. It is a much nicer option than buying special tiles - treads, as they provide even better protection at the ends of the stair treads against slipping. Super easy to attach and they look very nice. We chose a color that perfectly matches the tiles on the stairs, as there is a large selection, including different lengths. Profiles at good prices. Quick order fulfillment. We thank and recommend this seller and their products.

Great product, but be careful with the courier
The crafting is truly original, and the difference compared to the usual films on the market is immediately noticeable. The material is thick, durable, and applies with great ease during assembly and fastening. Fast shipping and a very attentive seller, careful with the customer both during and after shipping. The only point to improve involves the choice of courier: unfortunately, the package arrived damaged and partially open.

The submitted profile proved useful, although it did not completely meet my expectations. The material it was made from was quite hard, and I had significant difficulty attaching it to the edge of the plywood board. Eventually, I attached the profile with decorative nails with large heads, which gave a satisfactory result.

PVC Handrail Cover - Everything Went Well
Installing the strip on the handrail went well! We are very satisfied.
Two matching end caps would of course be better (they were for 40mm, the ordered strip was 35mm). But since we didn't expect that..... we adjusted them 😉

The corners have well protected the sharp edges in the room intended for children, i.e. Children's Club (Nursery). I am satisfied because they are easy to install. It was enough to remove the tape and stick. They match the skirting board color-wise. Recommended!!!
