Wonderful Company to deal with. Excellent responses and response time. Product is superior and extremely convenient to use, also, very cost effective. My wife and I require the Lactase enzyme and the drops are what we purchase. Using this product HAS been very BENEFICIAL and is extremely simple to incorporate into milk and milk products. Very highly recommended. It has been a blessing to use in our household to fulfill all our needs regarding our "lactose intolerance" condition.

I ordered a product on December 8th and yesterday I finally received an email saying that the order had been delivered. It was delivered but not to me!
I exchanged a few emails with Intoleran and when I showed my displeasure, they stopped responding! Right now I'm without what I ordered and without the money I paid! Honestly, I still hope the situation gets resolved!

However we never received a single flask which did not leak somewhere near the lid
That makes it hard to get the dosage right since you get additional drops from the leak
