Response via e-mail was very quick and accurate. Package arrived in a good shape. I tried smaller package of Starchway. I liked that it had long expiration date. Capsules are small, easy to swallow or open. It seems to be helping me with my starch and sugar intolerance a little, but I am still testing it and figuring out the right dosage. Hopefully it will be helpful (and in that case I will be ordering more:)).
I ordered a product on December 8th and yesterday I finally received an email saying that the order had been delivered. It was delivered but not to me!
I exchanged a few emails with Intoleran and when I showed my displeasure, they stopped responding! Right now I'm without what I ordered and without the money I paid! Honestly, I still hope the situation gets resolved!

These enzymes are lifesavers for me. I can finally eat a more varied diet despite my very low tolerance for FODMAPS. My only request would be that you try to develop enzymes for polyols (mannitol, sorbitol) if possible, because I really want to be able to eat more fruits. Thank you for all you’ve done!

Thank you for your positive review, we are happy to hear that the quatrase works well for you! Unfortunately it is not possible (yet) to develop a product which helps to digest polyols. There is no digestive enzyme which helps to digest polyols, there is more scientific research needed before we can develop a new product

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Intoleran. I can see that a new order has been send out, with a more expencive product, which we didnt charge you more for. My colleague has send you an email about this yesterday. I hope this arrives soon!
