Always used this company for years. For France and Italy. Maybe we should still be able to collect from Dover services to save postage charges, as prices for toll boxes have shot up treble the price of what we use to pay.

Only European company offering Tollboxes to British drivers that does not require payment by IBAN; I pay them by Visa. Their box covers France, Italy, Spain & Portugal. I have used France, Italy & Spain without any issues. The box also covers certain car parks in selected towns & cities. I also use Tolltickets to buy my annual Swiss vignette. Always good service. Can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. However, the year on year renewal costs are reasonable. Well recommended for British drivers who require a tolling service for countries in addition to France.

I've used them for several years without any problems but in May 2026 the Austrian vignette selector was unavailable, so it had to come from ASFiNAG! Otherwise 100% satisfied.

I’ve not actually used it yet, but I can’t for the delivery time, which was around about one week. I’ve heard really good things about toll ticket so I’ll 10 week tour of the Scandinavian countries is looking very positive.

Very difficult website to use particularly if you’re not in Europe. After struggling through adding all information including shipping & payment to outside of Europe I entered complete order and ship. Got confirmation order was received and complete only to find out UPS & DHL do not ship to the US unless you use priority shipping. Why not put a disclaimer stating that at time of checkout? Also why not set up a kiosk at airports and car rental locations. Simplify the process. No instructions on how to return unit once you are done with it. Have a drop box or convienent system for return before you leave Europe. Make the system more user friendly for travelers.

Apart from the wide variety of toll products and competitive prices, the ease of using the platform is probably the greatest benefit to end user. The site has been helpful on so many occasions that I feel I can only "return the favour" by providing this feedback. The site offers car profiles, so if your household has multiple cars you don't have to keep checking the reg numbers. Unlike some of the official sites offering you the toll ticket, where your only audit trail is the email you receive, TollTickets keeps comprehensive history of your purchases, with the option to export a ticket, which was a great help when I had to challenge a fine. If I have to think about anything that can improve user experience, I could suggest integrating login with other identity providers (like Google, Microsoft, Apple accounts), but this has never been a deal breaker for me. Absolutely amazing service, the single site I visit when toll planning for European travel is upon me.
