I have used France, Italy & Spain without any issues. The box also covers certain car parks in selected towns & cities. I also use Tolltickets to buy my annual Swiss vignette. Always good service. Can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. However, the year on year renewal costs are reasonable. Well recommended for British drivers who require a tolling service for countries in addition to France.

Very difficult website to use & order transponders
Very difficult website to use particularly if you’re not in Europe. After struggling through adding all information including shipping & payment to outside of Europe I entered complete order and ship. Got confirmation order was received and complete only to find out UPS & DHL do not ship to the US unless you use priority shipping. Why not put a disclaimer stating that at time of checkout?
Also why not set up a kiosk at airports and car rental locations. Simplify the process. No instructions on how to return unit once you are done with it. Have a drop box or convienent system for return before you leave Europe. Make the system more user friendly for travelers.
