Easy to use once I familiarized myself…
I found the website easy to use once I figured out the stations in wanted and the type of train service. I am making these reservations from California, USA and I wasn't used to the station names etc. The only issue I confronted was that I was told that I could only make reservations 30 days in advance of my trip. I made the reservations at the 29 day point and found that many of the seats had already been reserved. Perhaps there I misunderstood the timing or maybe there is a rush to make reservation at the 30 day point.
The service is professional and reliable. Trains consistently run on schedule, the stations are safe and well-maintained, and information for passengers is clear and easily accessible. In addition, the online ticket purchasing system is simple, efficient, and very convenient to use.
I would give a higher score, but it took me several days to finalize my reservations. There were no seats available on the date or at the time I requested. However, the system never told me that. I was more trial-and-error than anything else. It would be helpful if the system provided the exact error message.
It is a very easy website to use. Mistakenly I booked the wrong tickets and there was no problem at all in getting an immediate refund. The only downside is that you can only book within 30 days of travel, but I suppose this is because schedules can change!
