Easy to use once I familiarized myself…
I found the website easy to use once I figured out the stations in wanted and the type of train service. I am making these reservations from California, USA and I wasn't used to the station names etc. The only issue I confronted was that I was told that I could only make reservations 30 days in advance of my trip. I made the reservations at the 29 day point and found that many of the seats had already been reserved. Perhaps there I misunderstood the timing or maybe there is a rush to make reservation at the 30 day point.

When I am able to book a ticket the process has been smooth, unfortunately the website does have a few bugs in it. Page load time takes abit long and sometimes it doesn't load up at all and asks you to call the customer service number. I have ran into this on more than once. Whether it's a last minute reservation or a reservation 2 weeks in advance.
